“I have to compliment the staff, in particular the kindest lady on the front desk whose service was the highlight of our trip after our second hotel fell through, she allowed us to extend our stay in their last remaining room which saved our holiday. They also had the best food from our trip. The seafood and wine were particularly good. The rooms and the spa were very clean. Will be going back!”

“As a tourist wanting something more authentic and local other than seafood pasta and pizza, this was totally satisfying. A 9 course cuisine which consists of various cured meats, cheese, bread, pasta, suckling pig and veal, veg n fruit, coffee and alcohol. Sounds simple but traditionally made, locally grown, bread and sourced. Only problem we had was that we could only eat half of what was given as the portions where just too much. Some things I would have never ordered but glad I have tried. It was quite a positive experience and the service was excellent.”

“I can't comment on the room because I didn't stay in the hotel, but they seem beautiful. The service is great they treat you like you are family. The location is nice it was probably a villa turned into a hotel and restaurant. The thing I must compliment the most is their restaurant, the food was delicious. The best ones where the ravioli stuffed with cheese and potatoes drowned in some tomato sauce 😋. The tiramisu was also delicious, especially the cream.”

“Beautiful hotel with great view over the lake. Friendly staff. Restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price. Heated pool is perfect to have a relaxing time. Room (first floor with lake-view) was large but bathroom (too) small. Bed was good and comfortable. Small improvement suggestions: support with heavy luggage especially to the first floor (stairs only), provide a detailed printed invoice when checking out (instead of a small summary) and finally, the hot tub / whirlpool on the roof are available for 40 euro's per couple per hour, that price is too high for most people and given the room price could be a bit more customer friendly.”

“We have been there for two days. It was the worst stay ever. We booked as I used booking.com and there were no bad reviews. when I checked Google later, I saw that many had the same bad experience! Let me share what was bad: on arrival at 3pm, we didn't get any drinks, as the bar tender was sick. the receptionist wasn't able to offer any drinks. At 5pm the cleaning lady handed out some drinks, but no wine as she didn't know how to open a bottle. At the dinner all orders dishes came in random order: some got starter, some main course and some side dishes (without main dish). It took 90min to serve first plates. The meet was soft, but frozen inside! The second day was even worse, we arrived at 2:30pm. Again no drinks until 5pm. We ordered food at 8pm in the restaurant, we also ordered meet and asked for well cooked this time. After 90min we were told there is no meet! Again the same chaos, some got starters, some main dishes, some side dishes, and some nothing. A colleague ordered a Tomato-Mozzarella salat with Onions. He waited 2 hours for that, and when it came, it was a Tomato-Mozzarella salat without Onions. We insisted to get onions as well, and it was sent back to kitchen. After another hour (!) the salat came back, this time it was a Tomato Onion salat, no Mozarella. You can't go somewhere else, as the hotel is far away form any other city. If I would have read the bad comments in Google first, I never would have booked that hotel!”
