“This place is a classic case of unfulfilled potential. The property is located at a convenient location, very near to the lake. It has a great view and lots of open spaces but it is not maintained properly. The common areas are not clean, the games room is not maintained, the bonfire pit is broken, the pool is under maintenance. If the place is maintained well it will be one of the favourites in Yercaud. The restaurant was very average. The food in both breakfast and dinner did not match up to the standards of the hotel. The staff was however very responsive and wanted to make the stay a better one. Considering the price per night for the room we paid, it certainly could have been much better.”

“The rooms will not be nice, the management will not clean the bed and room. The bed was covered with hairs when I asked them to clean it and change the bed sheet, they just picked the hair using their hands and reversed the bed sheet. The bed sheet was stinking like hell. The bathroom will be like public toilet and full of yellow colour and strains. The water will be full of salt and heater will not work after 10 AM. The WiFi will not work and they will simply tell that they have network issue. There will be frequent power cuts. Over all worst rooms and services.”

“Great place to stay in Yercaud, place is so vibrant and had option of rooms and Vilas. We stayed for new year eve and extremely satisfied with the new year event organized by hotel for celebration. Additionally it is at walkable distance from most of the attractions which saved lot of time for to visit this place. Few cons, service was slow and we faced problem with extra beding as hotel said due to over occupancy they can't provide blanket.. Back side rooms don't have a good view. You should confirm these points when you book this hotel.”
