“Awful!! Rooms are old and moldy. Not what you expect from a Hyatt. Also beware, they double charged us. I used my card to have them hold our reservation. When we got here my husband paid with his card. At the exact same time they charged my card and his also which tied up 554$ of my money. I had a meltdown and the manager kept telling me there was nothing she could do till the next day. The next morning she advised it had been taken care of but my account showed different. And it has still not been put back into my account. I have had to enter a dispute with my credit union to get it fixed. Never again!!”

“This is an absolutely beautiful home, from the swans in the pond, to the wonderfully home like feeling rooms. We felt beyond welcomed here. The amazing home cooked breakfast was some of the best food we have had in a long time, and if you leave the table hungry, it's your own fault. The time spent getting to know the other guests at breakfast and to find out how each of us knew the areas the others were from. We all had a small connection. We will absolutely be back and look forward to bringing friends.”

“We picked this Hotel only due to its proximity to our son's new home, and let me tell you, the people that take care of you here are the best. We arrived tired and worn out, and the gentleman who checked us in, Juan, was very helpful and nice. Each night that we stayed, we met a different desk person, and every one of them were great. Three best service, though, came from the nice lady who took care of the breakfast area. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she made the place shine! She had a sixth sense and knew what you wanted before you even knew. It was great.”

“Kevin, the gentleman behind the desk at night was great. His communication and customer service is terrific!! The TVs are great and my room was very clean and well maintained. The lady with red hair and earbuds in her ears desperately needs to be retrained or held accountable. I assume employees are not supposed to wear ear buds while working at the front desk. Usually it doesn't bother me, but she clearly did not want to be at work on 10/12/23. Would've given 5 stars if not for her.”

“We overall enjoyed our stay. The front desk receptionists were always welcoming and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice. We stayed in the suite and the room was spacious and clean. The whirlpool tub was a nice addition and the reason we chose to stay here. There was an awful smell in our room the entire time. It was a strong smell, maybe incense. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. When we came down at 8:30am, there was hardly any food out. We had to ask about replenishing the food. The juices were very watered down and our only option was water to drink. Minus these 2 issues, it was a nice hotel.”

“We were at Scott's Addition in Richmond over the weekend on a Sat night. I got a king on the first floor. I normally dislike the first floor for security reasons but the sliding door was sturdy, the curtains blocked off the light, and the proximity and ease in getting from/to the car to our room was very convenient. The hotel room was quiet, clean, had well placed power plugs, and was comfortable but had no breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. It was also more affordable than the Marriott Courtyard in Scott's Addition but about the same price as the Marriott Residence Inn (also on West Broad Street) that includes breakfast, and the room was larger with a kitchen and TV seating area. Overall, the hotel was a little bit more expensive than I wanted to pay, especially to pay over $45 for a coffee and 3 breakfast burritos at the Starbucks bistro area, but hotel met our needs for a one night stay.”

“I had an issue that my shower curtain was not installed properly. The curtain was angled towards the ground and kept collapsing to the center of the bar with the shower in action. I did my best not to wet the floor, but should have not been my concern in a Radisson room. This should be addressed and fixed.”

“Perfect. Lucked into a handicapped room even tho we didn't need one. Brand new sleeper sofa, cozy little chill area separate from the bedroom. Big bathroom. Nice kitchen, very clean. Lobby area very nice, breakfast was ready and full menu available 645, I came down early for coffee. Nice friendly dining attendant keeping it spotless. And the cookies at the door on check-in were the welcome home we needed ❤️”

“So I stayed here (during renovation) for 3 weeks for work purposes from Nov.-Dec. of 2023 and I had a phenomenal stay. The service was excellent and the staff from front counter to the kitchen was outstanding and top notch. Made my stay so enjoyable. I’m sure once the renovation is complete it will only be that much more enjoyable and convenient. Easy access to the highway, airport, and local restaurants and shops. The days I didn’t want to eat out I went to the White Oak shopping center down the road and purchased some groceries to cook for myself. I definitely would stay here again.”

“Aggregate Recommendation Post 2.5 week stay: VIABLE Would I stay again: YES Seven story hotel but only has two washers and dryers, stairwells only exit to the exterior on the first floor & not the interior, only 2 elevators of which 1 currently working, have to walk through the pool if you plan on entering the building closest to rear (main) parking lot. Breakfast is delicious and the building is brand new otherwise. Cleaning services awesome and they do it every other day!! The staff is friendly, professional & responsive - only had a couple minor issues but they continue to be outweighed by the occasional personal touch.”

“I was a little bit worried about this hotel after I saw so many bad reviews. However, it turns out it was more than I expected. The only thing is that the rooms are a little bit old, but they are spacious and clean. The hotel is safe because it has a new fence built. The breakfast is awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay for my family.”
