The entire experience was nothing short of enchanting. The ambiance was elegant, the service was impeccable, and the food was a true culinary delight. It was a memorable evening that exceeded my expectations. I also had the pleasure of enjoying the rooftop amenities offered by the Clermont Boutique Hotel. “I did not enjoy my stay at all. I wish I would have chose another hotel to stay at. The front desk staff and the cleaners were nice but that was the only thing “nice” about this hotel. The rooms are outdated. First room had a broken door handle to the bathroom so it wouldn’t close properly. Then we had to switch rooms because the toilet wasn’t working. I went down to the front desk to ask for maintenance to come fix the toilet. Maintenance had left for the day so I was handed a plunger to fix it myself. It did not solve the problem. The second room was slightly better than the first. The breakfast buffet is over at 9AM on the week days. I’ve never known a hotel breakfast to be over before 10am. Also I requested late check out and I was told they do not have enough cleaning staff to allow late check out. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. There is better in the area for around the same price.”

“Just wanted to share my experience over the weekend at sentral. It’s been amazing and the people from the front seat to to management were very nice and friendly. Tristan was great with all accommodations through email and communicating with concierge services. The parking was easy. The rooms were nice and hallway clean. The gym was busy but it’s very nice and clean. The only tiny problem is the long walk to room from parking. So prepare to work out. Thanks Sentral for everything we loved everything and our family is happy😅💞 Oh: The food is great right outside the building there are salad options, coffee, noodles, sushi, burgers, seafood, & more waking distance so no car needed. The location is A++++++ Sentral Life Rocks”

“Good location, low quality rooms. No vent fans, stains on the comforters, the shower curtain holder was damaged so didn't like to stay closed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, nice complimentary cookies and other things. But the rooms smelled a little, and had lots of stains. They didn't seem clean. Loud, poorly insulated. I could hear my neighbors all the time. Even overheard them snoring. Requires vallay parking, which I'm not a fan of.”

“For this hotel to be located in such an upscale area it is rather filthy. The bed was not made properly which led me to believe linen had not been changed, the carpet was so nasty it left debri on the bottom of my indoor only house slippers and the coffee machine had coffee grinds and stains, the sink had a dirt ring in it and the tissue paper had not been replaced with the new roll that was available. I was told no housekeeping was on staff when I inquired why room had not been serviced for the day and I had to walk down to get clean towels. This location needs to be yellow taped off and thoroughly cleaned. I have photos and will attach them SOMEWHERE. 🤢”

“Stayed here recently when seeing a musical show in the area. Hotel is on a non-left turn road (so be aware of that when driving). Slightly older property, bungalow-style building for the rooms. Be aware 2nd floor rooms are stairs only (if there was wheelchair access, I didn't see it). Staff is very nice at this property (front office & housekeeping). Rooms are decent, but I agree they could use a remodel to make the shower area larger. It was a struggle to keep the room temp consistent. Water pressure was AWESOME in the shower...no dribble shower here. I found the room to be clean and fairly quiet. I think it's worth staying here if you want to be in this area and aren't interesting in being stuck in ATL traffic to drive here from somewhere else ITP/OTP.”

The Ferris Wheel, Olympic Park, and Margaritaville are literally right out your front door. The hotel has a pool with lounge seating, an exercise room, and an Owners Lounge with an awesome view of the surrounding area. The staff at the front desk (Miss Tab) made sure we were taken care of from check-in to check-out. She was so polite and kind to us, which was appreciated after our long drives. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for everything and everyone (SEC CHAMPIONSHIP). In the owners lounge, Mr. Jeffrey served up smooth jazz, drinks, and finger foods for us to enjoy. He was so engaging with each and every one of us. His service was great. I can't leave out the Valet personnel. They handled our vehicles and luggage with care. They were also very well polite and well-mannered. Yes, I've already booked my next stay.”

“Overall, the experience at this Hyatt House is excellent! We were in town for a one night stay for a surprise party and needed a quick and easy stop on the route to the airport. Safe neighborhood, great parking garage, exciting outdoor pool on a "roof", and a breakfast that rivals Embassy suites with the made to order omelets. Front desk was fast and efficient and able to fill a random request without batting an eye lash. Room was fine for our needs and location was easy access to the interstate. We will stay here again.”

“Tucked away in an area that has a breakfast/brunch restaurant next door. So, you must drive if you want something to eat or call Uber or some of those type places to bring it to the hotel. The hotel serves breakfast but it is hardly a step up from Hampton Inn. The attendant seemed like she was ready to go home for the day. It cost $ 10 a person. Not worth it in my estimation. They do have a bar for drinks, plenty of parking and parking lot is well lit. Rooms: It was clean, but the soap dispenser was in the way of the water handle and you had to pull the lever really hard. Who knows how long it has been like that. My husband showed it to the guy at the front desk and he could not believe it. Also, the tile by the coffee maker looks to have stains in your grout. You really can't tell unless the light is on. Bed was comfortable.”

The first night there were several cars with windows smashed out in the back of the building then lots of police activity the following night. I think I will drive a little further next time and stay somewhere else.”

“I checked into my reservation around 10:30pm and one worker was sitting in the lobby, while the others in the back room talking. They all saw me and didn't bother to say a word nor come to the front desk. I had to go to the back and ask if I can get some help. Some black girl came up with an attitude and seemed bothered that she had to help me. After I got my card for the room, I asked what room number I had and what floor it was on (while looking at the card). She stated that it was in the front of my card. I said, floor 323? She replied, no its just the 1st number out of the 3, as if I worked there and should have already known the code they use to determine the floor. I've stayed at cheaper (low budget) hotels with better service. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 stars is because the black gentleman in the morning (4am) was really nice and friendly.”

“Service was excellent and location is great but the actual rooms and structure of the hotel has some serious flaws. I would not stay here again. The primary thing for me is the *water pressure* in the shower is a slow drip. If you care about having decent water pressure, this place will disappoint. Also the bathroom had no vent/fan to ventilate steam or odor. The ceilings are also probably like 6.5ft tall, so…VERY low ceilings. Also, the outlet cover fully came off the wall when we plugged an appliance in the bathroom. This 1950s building feels like it would’ve been better retrofitted into a condo or apartment complex. As a hotel, it just feels like a dressed up façade with so many disappointing imperfections in the rooms. I can’t recommend this place despite the delightful and kind staff.”

This was especially helpful during our stay, as it rained for most of the days we were there, making it convenient for us to come and go.”
