“We had an amazing time at the Westin Annapolis this past week. We came for the Military Bowl and were grateful we were within walking distance to the stadium. The Westin Annapolis has exceptional service at the front desk. They are ready to help you in any way and vallet was quick, even though they were slammed with the team fans. We were able to walk to the heart of Annapolis for dinner one evening. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up in front of the hotel and take you around town. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times and although they were also slammed (bowl game team fans...us), they were able to easily manage the volume. We didn't bring our pup but the hotel is pet friendly and we loved seeing the visiting pets throughout our stay. The hotel is built very well because we could never hear much noise outside of our room and we were in front of a busy street. I never heard anyone in the hallway and I'm a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I’m not a complainer, but I feel it necessary to give an honest review because of our disappointment with this facility. We chose to stay here because of the positive reviews we saw online. It was a distance from the Annapolis waterfront area we preferred, but we thought the reviews justified our decision. We were wrong. The facility looked good from the outside and inside with the renovations that were done. The room, however, was decidedly poor. Outlets for devices on both sides of the bed were defective; there was a ceiling vent in the bathroom shower area that was rusted and in need of replacement; there was poor water flow in the bath sink; there was NO water from the shower. The young man at the front desk called for fix it help at 9:00 pm, but the help never came. Finally, I called the front desk and politely but firmly asked for another room - a thing which should have been done but wasn’t offered when I first reported the above problems. So at 9:30 pm, we were packing up and moving for an acceptable shower and rest. Summary: Appearances - B+ Cleanliness - A Attitude of front desk representatives - B+ Response of staff to problems - F Quality of room - F Value - F We were mistaken in our faith in this facility. This is not the experience we think of when we think Crown Plaza. The good reviews of this property, in our opinion, are considerably overstated. We would NOT stay at this property again. It gives Crown Plaza a bad name.”

“Stay was 20-25 August 2023 for business trip. Overall, the hotel grounds were nice, however, I did see many big dog owners who did not pickup their dog’s pop like required. They are normally the ones who won’t. I don’t prefer hotels that allow pets. Also, there was a huge dog that would bark when you walked past that door on first floor and start another little dog up. I saw two cats in two different rooms in the windows. Someone like me with allergies has no chance in a place like this. Room was okay, nice to have a kitchen but there was a food smell, that I think was in the back of refrigerator that I could not get to that would flare up when the room door was opened. I sprayed enough but never got rid of it. Walls kind of thin, because one night, I felt like I was part of a couple’s conversation (him on the phone with her) and I could have given him some pointers. Thank goodness that lasted an hour. Breakfast had hot and cold and was good. Vents were dirty which I had to clean; housekeeping needs to check better before stating a room is ready. Overall, it was a quiet stay, their social not much to go to, great parking, walked the park across from hotel, convenience of being on post. However, pets will push me off post.”

“Cambria provided one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were CLEAN!!! Oh my goodness, it's crazy how common it is to get in hotel beds with hair and makeup stains and hand prints everywhere. We so appreciated this. The texts checking in with us during our stay were excellent touches, and the room layouts were thoughtful and beautifully arranged and decorated. Such a convenient location as well with 8 minutes or less to the mall or airport and 15 minutes to everywhere else we needed to go. Highly recommend.”

“Staff the best I have ever experienced at any hotel hands down! Stayed in a 2queen+sofabed room which was large and clean, the furniture in good condition and comfortable, all appliances working perfectly, and the breakfast/lobby was great. Visited during a road trip with my friend and two children. Due to weather and vehicle trouble, we stayed at this hotel for double the intended stay. Meghan at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful person I have EVER dealt with at a hotel - she worked with us to extend our stay (including checking for future availability due to the uncertainty of our position), finding auto repair shops to help us, liaising with the auto repair service when my mobile phone wasn't working (of course), and was great with the kids as we spent a large amount of unexpected time at the hotel and in the lobby. This list is not exhaustive either! Highly recommend this hotel for great value and experience at a moderate cost.”

“Comfortable bed and the room seemed clean. The toilet clearly had been leaking at the base for a while since there was fresh caulking, but it wasn't fixed properly. There was a huge puddle of water and my socks got wet!! The tub faucet dripped all night too! If we weren't leaving for a very early flight, we would have complained, although we did mention it to the receptionist upon check out. It's obvious they already knew there was an issue with the bathroom. The sidewalk and entryway from the parking lot is not luggage friendly!!!! Decent enough motel for a one night stay.”

“Just writing to comment on the breakfast... there's no other hotel at this price point with a free breakfast this good. They had multiple waffle irons, multiple juices, muffins, different beads, biscuits, bagels, multiple working toasters, hot food like omelets, sausages, prepped oatmeal, and potatoes. Fruit salad, whole fruit, cereals and milk, and ever condiment you could want, all constantly updated, freshened and restocked. For four hours. I went twice actually, I couldn't sleep, so I was basically the first guy there. I was able to get in a nap, then came back maybe ten minutes before they closed. There was still an attendant keeping everything tidy and restocked. Sure, the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, no complaints. It's a fine place to stay, but I just wanted to say it's especially nice they put some actual thought and care into their breakfast bar.”

“So here’s a small tidbit of my experience at this hotel. I’m from VA and came down to visit family in MD. My mom recommended this hotel as it is a new build and pretty close to her residence. We arrived at the hotel and checked in. The front desk staff (CHRIS) was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. HOWEVER, when we arrived to the room the sheets had stains on them along with the pillow cases. We requested a second set of sheets, those sheets also arrived at our room with stains on them. I went to take a shower, and most of the towels that were supposed to be clean were also Soiled and disgusting. The hotel is laid out nice, but whoever the housekeeping staff is, doesn’t give a d*** about anything. They don’t care if things are still stained. Someone made the bed with stains on the sheets and had no care in the world about it. I don’t even think they changed the linens before I checked into the room to be completely honest. If it wasn’t Christmas I would’ve left this hotel and went to another one, but during a holiday that isn’t the easiest thing to do. I hope that there’s a Microtel at Wyndham manager reading this and does some research into who completed the housekeeping this holiday because this type of service is not only disgusting but it’s unsanitary. I think the Motel 8 has a better housekeeping staff than this hotel and I paid a total of $370 for 2 nights. I guess you get what you pay for. If you have an option to stay at another hotel I would recommend it, your health could Potentially be at risk if you stay here.”
