Our experience at Local Jones Restaurant (in-house) was equally remarkable. Brandon, our server, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable and memorable. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in providing exceptional service, and the valet service was no exception. It made navigating the area stress-free and convenient. “8.5 miles from the airport and a $57 taxi ride got us to our hotel. We got in late and left early, so not much interaction. What I can say is the rooms were very big, clean and the beds, very comfortable for the 4 hours we slept on them. The breakfast buffet was well presented, the supplies plentiful, and the staff maintained the buffet, so everything looked clean.”

“The trip started off great but went south. Pros: -The front desk staff were wonderful. They helped us check in early and were very welcoming. -Our room was very clean. -The breakfast was your average hotel breakfast but it was great. Cons: -Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day but never came. We had to take our own trash out everyday and go to the desk for clean towels. The front desk was very apologetic but the housekeeping still never came to clean the room throughout our week stay -The parking lot was full even though I payed $10 a night. I knew from the booking that I would have to pay for parking and was okay with that. The problem is when I come back from my day and there is no packing spots left and many people without their parking tags. I should have a spot if I am paying nightly. If guests are paying this fee, there's should be towed every night to make room. -Maintenance came to our room twice throughout our stay to reset our TV. We never had issues with the TV until they came in. I am not sure exactly what they were reseting it for but I don't understand why it couldn't wait until after we left. The second time maintenance came to our room we had a sleeping tag on the door handle to take a nap. Next thing I know I am woken up by two maintenance men coming into my room. This is a MAJOR issue. I was sleeping, and even if they did knock, the do not disturb sleeping tag was hanging on my door. As a women I see this as a huge safety problem. I could have dealt with the other issues and not bothered to write a review but after this instance my stay was ruined and I feel scared to go back to a Hilton Inn knowing they allow people to just walk in.”

“With tickets to History Colorado and Comedy Works, we needed a convenient hotel for our mini vacation. There are a lot of hotels in this part of downtown Denver and we were thrilled with our choice of AC Hotels on 15th and California. The staff were delightful, particularly the bartender who dispensed lots of local information with our drinks. The room was stylish and efficient, with a great floor-to-ceiling view of California Street heading through the most vertical part of Denver. The blustery walk to Comedy Works and back was thankfully short. The subsequent walk from our room to the rooftop lounge was all of 10 seconds long. Even on a cold January night, we were perfectly comfortable thanks to the radiant heaters and warm blanket. And I have a new appreciation for the blue bear peeking into the Convention Center directly below. I rarely score a 10 when reviewing hotels; there is always something that could be improved. In this case, I can't think of a single thing.”

“One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in thus far. Great experience from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly. We were in room 312 with a view of the mountains and a spa tub. The hotel didn’t stink! Everything was clean, the room was spacious. We were there for a visit to Denver Colorado for the first time and enjoyed it. The only con: Be careful of the elevator, it apparently don’t have a safety opening sensor so it closed rather quickly on my husband and knocked his belongings out of his hand before he could move into it quick enough. Other than that 10/10 overall experience!!”

“My husband and I LOVE The Ramble! We stayed for our wedding and returned for our anniversary. The staff is so kind and accommodating, Jess is wonderful and so helpful. “Sentral Station is a beautiful property with many nice amenities, but it is not a traditional hotel! There are multiple entrances and parking garages that you must enter with unique codes. You have to download an app to access the parking garage and then it's $25/night. The layout is super confusing and takes a while to figure out where you are going and how to use the elevator codes, etc. Overall, the rooms and amenities are nice but prepare to spend a chunk of time trying to figure out how to access the building and where to go to find your tower and room.”

“We choose the hotel based on good experiences at other Hampton Inns. When we arrived around 3:30, our room was not ready so we waited in the lobby with many other guests waiting for their rooms. When we arrived in our room, our room wasn't what I thought I reserved. The website showed 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. There was no sofa. I was told by one employee that there are no rooms like what I booked, another offered a roll away at no charge. I was also told to ask for a room with 2 beds and a sleeper the next morning, after being told they don't exist. The cabinet with the fridge had a huge gouge and needed to be replaced, the tub/shower only worked as a shower, and some of the blinds didn't work. Luckily they were stuck in a down position. We went to use the pool and the basement level smelled like pot. The pool was either dirty or needed fresh paint on the pool bottom, so we did not use it. I did receive a small discount one night for the room not being correct and the gentleman working breakfast for most of our stay was very friendly. This hotel needs a lot of improvements.”

Upon checking in, I was greeted by Laurie; she was really friendly and kind! After mentioning that I was planning to propose, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, she even brought sparkling wine up to the room! Her great customer service and professionalism really helped plan this unforgettable moment. The location of The Rally is perfect, near multiple bars and restaurants! Towards the end of the night, I did request a late check out. Kat was more than happy to help. Again, I can’t express how great, friendly, and professional the staff that evening was. I would definitely recommend The Rally for anyone looking to have the best experience in Denver”

“I stayed here alone on 8/19/23. Due to the fact that there was a neighboring hotel up the road that was holding the Denver Bachata Festival, I initially had difficulty finding parking. After being redirected by that hotel's parking security to drive around the hotel and park on the street, I then realized where I was. Not far from a homeless encampment. When I finally got to the Courtyard by Marriott front entrance to check in, I see a small sign that says I need to go to the complete opposite side of the hotel in order to check in because they're renovating their entrance. Ultimately I found parking in the Courtyard by Marriott's parking lot which was well-lit and fenced, however, I was a little concerned walking into the building alone. Once in my room, my room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked and the room was cool, but the AC unit was loud. Checkout was quick and easy. My vehicle was safe and unharmed in the parking lot.”
