“This place was awesome, all the way around. Staff was extremely helpful and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, and all rooms faced the water. Rooms were clean, and each had a balcony. Very well planned and designed. With most Holiday Inn's, the breakfast was provided. I have to say that they have done a great job in this area. It's a beautiful beach, and an easy walk to the boardwalk. This beach is a gem, and is right out the back door.”

The front desk folks were helpful and professional, housekeeping was excellent, the hotel and my room were always clean, and management (not sure who they were) seemed to do a great job running such a great place to stay. “We got this for under a C-Note and for that price it’s a great room! It’s very clean! It smells like “The Beverly Hillbillies” granny’s perfume- won’t gag you out at all! The shower comes with a basin that doesn’t drain so you get a foot spa and leave with your feet extra clean and pruned. The carpet is very clean, thankfully, because my son fell between the bed and the wall. My husband felt very at home, he strolled around the room in front of his family in his tight squeaky underwear. Hitting snooze was a theme this morning because the beds were so comfortable! They’re also a very giving hotel; they let me take home a roll of toilet paper for our allergies and sneezing, and a new pen. Book a room- it’ll be great!”

“Beautiful I loved this condo. It was perfect. The view was amazing. It's clean and well decorated. I loved the picture in the master bath so much. I wish I would have taken inside pictures but The view is spectacular! The only thing was the elevator always dirty, smelly and one didn't work so there could be a 30 minute wait... “I have a very nice pug that was in a crate the majority of our stay. When I walked in to get a room, I asked if the pet fee was refunded afterwards if no damages. I was in informed it was refundable. I was then charged the 100$ dollar pet fee, because it is non-refundable. Then when I call and ask about it, (as usual with the customer service we see these days.) I was told tough luck. Not even someone trying to help. I will not be staying at any Marriott after this experience. Just know if you have a pet. It's 100$ even if it's a one night stay. To be honest, I'm more upset at the lack of humanity or empathy when dealing with the people that spend their hard earned and hard taxed money with this company.”

“Looks great from the outside. The entrance was very inviting. We had to pay $100 deposit that we didn't get back for days,they don't tell you that part. When we entered the room the walls bathroom was so outdated and looked horrible even the doors on the cabinet stayed open ,it must have been off centred. No we will not be staying at that one again.”

“Looking for quick, clean and safe accommodations after a long 13hr drive from Michigan. I found myself here and very pleasantly surprised and impressed. Great front desk, check-in smooth and fast. Entrance area and Room was clean and everything was smooth. No crazy loud guests, no hallways smelling like a dispensary, felt safe so just a peaceful place to stay. I would recommend as l would stay again! This place as Fast WiFi, nice small exercise room but enough to burn some calories and nice/clean pool.”

“I don’t even know how to start this review. Usually I’m very good at checking reviews before booking anything. But I was just too excited to see my son and booked a room. Run down hotel! Walked into the room smells musty moldy name it! Window curtains, chairs has dirty dark nasty stains on them!!!!!! Found boogers on the wall by the headboard!! I just couldn’t continue my few nights had to check out next day and find somewhere else. Oh the elevator let me just say I had jump back out thought I walked into a closet! Oh never I had booked a Marriott that uses coins for breakfast! So that tells you what kind of location you are in!!!! 🫣”

“Found this hotel online and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Khrista in housekeeping went above and beyond to answer all of our questions even though she was busy with her work. And Tierra in the kitchen/breakfast area did an amazing job keeping the breakfast stocked and ready all by herself. They were all so good they deserve a raise. ☺️ The hotel is also pet friendly, but honestly it was so clean I wasn't sure at first. Very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness. I will definitely be booking here again!! Two thumbs up 👍👍.”
