“This was one of the most magical experiences I have had with my family. The staff at the hotel are so kind and genuine, everyone is happy and ready to help you. By the last day we knew everyone by name and truly felt at home! The spa was spectacular, clean, large, and very well constructed. The food was soooooo good. We stayed there 4 nights and looked forward to the meals everyday. The beds were very comfortable the rooms were clean! Great great place to stay 10/10 would recommend!!! Skiing the Austrian alps and staying at Der Postwirt was unforgettable ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Kaiser hotel is a total disappointment and had ruined our vacation! Really, €400 per night? Are you kidding me? The hotel is old, the rooms are small and simple, no mini bar, they don't even bother to supply hair conditioner/body cream/cotton pads in the shower. Bed linen is old and in pills. There is actually no SPA, the pool is tiny, overcrowded, cramped and stuffy. The food is weak, few vegetables, everything is oversalted. The staff is unfriendly and careless. I was charged €15 for room service! I asked to bring a cup of soup to the room for a sick child (the soup itself costs €7), and this despite the fact that we paid for "all inclusive". But the coolest thing is management zero reaction to the following incident — I went to the spa and severely cut my leg with a piece of glass that got into my slipper. What on earth did the broken glass do on the spa floor? When I came bleeding to the reception they just gave me an alcohol wipe (there is no doctor in the hotel) and said that they were very sorry and it was a bad luck. The manager didn't contacted me, despite me asking several times. Overall, it is a terrible hotel for crazy money, I have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world.”

“My husband I stayed for a weekend at the Auracher Lochl. I don't believe it's a true 4 star hotel to be frank. From service to amenities, it just doesn't fit. Location received 4 stars because there are only about 5 streets in "downtown" Kufstein so it's not hard to succeed there. The communication was good beforehand with various details from Alexander and Sandra but once we were at the hotel, the "4 start service" was non existant really. At check in, it was not shared with us that you get the Kuftseinercard which provides some nice discounts during your stay. Why do you not share this with your guests? Secondly, the sauna. Why do you not share information about the sauna upon check in either? We only found out about it when we headed to the rooftop bar and saw the note in the elevator. 2 things that would have made our stay better if the service at check-in was more than "this is the remote for the light" and "breakfast is from 7 to 11". Breakfast was good thankfully. Ali was a kind gentleman who worked both mornings we were there and took great care for us getting what we needed and checking with us throughout breakfast. That was the best service at the hotel by far. There was a shorter blonde woman who was quite rude and no regard to guests at all. The rooms themselves are quaint let's say. In the "Vienna" room there was no door to close off the shower + bath and sink area. Additionally, no lotion and conditioner to your guests. Even an ibis budget has that! Some slippers or robes in the room would be nice. Honestly, not sure I'd stay here again but it was fine for a 3d/2n visit to Kufstein.”

The bus was good and the drivers very cheerful and happy to drop you anywhere really thank you. Lift guys in the slope were also very nice and friendly and always happy to help if you struggled getting on and off lifts 👍 Over all an awesome holiday great ski conditions especially for intermediate skiers like myself Will definitely return to this little gem of a place and would definitely recommend Alphof hotel .”

“I do not know where to start. The problems started on the day of arrival, we had a normal double room in the house and an apartment on the lower floor, which I didn't realize was really a long way away, catastrophe with a small child and difficult to organize, I think it's great stupid. Of course there was no possibility of changing the rooms, not even for an extra charge. I think the NG is unreasonable with the back and forth who likes it. A cot was requested in good time, but it wasn't available. We then had a sofa bed for a 3 year old, who of course falls out of it. Then everything was messed up when we swapped rooms. A waiter said we wouldn't get any drinks because dinner was the same, but then we got some. Then I asked 3 waiters about my food allergy, but they probably only spoke broken German and didn't really understand, one waiter makes drinks, one clears away, one brings food, etc. In other words, you wait forever until you get something. My allergies were sometimes not taken into account, even though I announced them. Then I ordered a cocktail without cream and what was in it, cream, are you killing me? So sat in the room at midnight on New Year's Eve and took emergency medicine and the whole night was over. And so it goes on here every day. I would prefer to leave earlier. Some of the staff try very hard, but unfortunately that doesn't always help. We won't be coming back and I can't recommend it in terms of price/performance, it feels like it's made to measure. One guest said those with allergies should stay at home, then he would have more food. The guests “fight their way” at the buffet - such people are here. Disappointing for us, we don't need it! And I don't even want to start talking about the manager, who goes on and on about how she personally treats you as a guest here! I can also threaten to file a complaint back for negligent bodily harm and incorrect allergen labeling or even missing allergen labels, even though there are EU regulations for this.”

“Location is 5 stars. And perhaps a competitive pricing. That's it. Here is why we give 2/5 stars: 1) Service (is the weakest point): --- What you see in their "offer" is different to what you get: we decided to take this hotel because they pictured a more or less large table in our booked type of room (Double), but eventually you get a table parody where even your laptop won't fit (see photo); it was crucial since we had a "workation mode" this time; after asking their reception and manager to fix this -- they didn't have available rooms to upgrade us (surprise?), instead, their manager (long-hair guy) offered to bring us an extra table -- eventually, we got a squared, wobbling, classic BAR (!) table... where you (just imagine) definitely didn't enjoy working and writing -- after asking why you show one photo in the offer for Double Room but eventually it is significantly different in real life, this modern admin guy said "I don't know, I will ask my manager..." -- pretty solid and professional manager and problem solver, huh? --- it took them around 2 hours to "fix this 15-min problem", meaning we lost precious time of a limited vacation (and thus money => ski rental and ski pass) to go skiing that very day --- as an excuse, this long-haired manager gave us (after me asking) a breakfast voucher (worth $20) that... turned out to be for ONE person (not one room) while we obviously travelled as a couple and it was an unpleasant surprise at the restaurant; explained reasons by the same stylish guy were just "we couldn't do more" while for us it was rather their values and service level but not a price itself; overall, this fancy manager looked and behaved careless and with some hidden rudeness, if I may --- last but not least, they once didn't have ropes for rent, and the next day brought us 4 ropes (instead of 2) so we had to return -- so imaging how their admin/accounting system is "organized"... :) 2) Room size: --- insanely small so that you won't be able to dry your ski clothes (they have dry rooms but for ski, boots, etc. only), organize your other stuff, and more --- sound-proof is rather poor (although not that terrible) -- so expect hearing people walking and closing/opening main building's doors, especially if you live on the 0 floor (as we were...), hear outside people Finally, the location, the views, the ski-to-door access is definitely a strong 5. Not sure if we will return and recommend to our community. Good luck with your choices and ski vacations.”

“We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600+ for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. It is not simply a 'hotel' but a beautiful resort and spa, so we regret only spending 12 hours there, basically to sleep and have breakfast. The grounds were beautiful, the spa looked amazing, the rooms were plush, and the views amazing. There was a EUR80 upcharge for a 2nd person to cover breakfast which is a little steep for a continental breakfast, but this was no ordinary continental breakfast. It was an amazing breakfast buffet. The only recommendation I would have would be for the hotel to have a bigger covered parking area, as there seemed to be room for only 8-10 cars, with the rest parked along the road outside. Not a big deal, as we only had a dusting of snow the night before, but I imagine would be a little more inconvenient with huge dumps of snow. A 4*-5* experience, we just wished we could have spent longer and enjoyed more of the facilities. Panorama is on our list of places to go back to, and even if you are skiing in Kitzbuhel and don't want to pay the over-inflated Kitzbuhel prices, it is a great option with a 25-30 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn Gondola (The hotel does offer a ski shuttle but it only serves the Skiwelt Brixen area and not Kitzski)”

“Wonderful place! We had such an amazing stay. The food was amazing!!! A culinary dream actually. Serving size was perfect. The food was almost too pretty to eat! The service was amazing too. Christian, Regina, Kristizina and Herr Hasi were very accommodating as was the entire wait staff. Massages were also very good. Hotel was decorated very nicely. Location is great. Just an overall wonderful experience. Will definitely return! Thanks to the amazing team at Seehotel Brunner for making our stay perfect!”
