“First of all, I have to say: hotel staff are extremely hospitable, friendly and polite people, this is how they treat their guests with respect and a smile. The rooms are nice for their price. Street noise is not a big problem if you come for the holidays and come to the room late at night. The employees were kind and caring. It is at a central point in Kadıköy, less than 2 minutes' walking distance from both the airport bus stops and the ferry piers. It is also a very good service to have hot tea service at the reception floor. I love it.”

You probably found this place as a "price for value" option. I stayed here exactly because of that. But I couldn't predict one day without hot water 😅 I was lucky. The only clean place is the lobby, the rest of the property is dated, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, had to wear flip flops in the shower, couldn’t sit on the toilet, the breakfast was horrible, the fries were extra dry, soup was extra salty, the tomatoes and cucumbers were tastless. This hotel deserves 1 or maximum 2 stars.”

We were in hurry,someone from reception was waiting for us outside the hotel to help with luggages and with parking,fast check in. Despite of not so big size of the room,it was clean and tidy,with a big and comfortable bed,wardrobe,shelves,big mirror and fridge. After reading few bad reviews we didn’t put my expectation high,but from the first moment I felt it was a right choice!”

“The location of the hotel is ideal for someone who is planning to utilize the public transport in Istanbul staying away from crowded tourist areas. The rooms are wide, nice and confirmable but needs small repairs. Got a very good service from the staff in general specially Mr. Nael who provided us special omelet everyday in the breakfast apart from normal menu. Also they arranged for us the taxi to airport and we were properly taken care of. Really enjoyed the stay!”

“There is no toothpaste, hair shampoo - when asked about this, what is indicated in the voucher is that there is a bath and toiletries, the staff simply responded with rudeness. The ventilation in the shower room does not work. The toilet lid does not stay in place; it closes all the time; you have to hold it with your hand. Most importantly, breakfast is served from 9 o'clock. We only had breakfast once, because many tours start at 9 o’clock, and you need to leave at 8 o’clock. And the breakfast is poor, in general there was a feeling that the price does not correspond to the quality.”
