Attentive, welcoming, some of thr best customer service I have had and I travel constantly. The rooms are a bit sparse, I would suggest they have some colour amd few more softer furnishings but that's just splitting hairs. The restaurant serves lovely local food. The wine list is local and interesting in a good way. Breakfast is excellent. There is a lot of lovely outdoor space the beaches nearby are gorgeous 😍 Loved this hotel, its a special place in the world.”

“My room was of reasonable size, with a desk and chair, large bed nice and comfortable, and my room was very clean and nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke some English, free breakfast was filling with eggs, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, bread, and desserts and of course coffee and juices. “Our 10th year here and we only come for our son as the kids program is good. Otherwise the club has gone down in quality. The food is barely edible these days and the quality of the staff (as they replaced almost all except the heads of AIGO, sport, theater) is questionable - e.g., sailing staff just learned how to sail within the last month. The resort now focuses its attention on catering to tour groups to fill the rooms. With three groups here this week, and one in excess of 200 people, it changes the dynamics. The resort has not grown into the 21st century as the wifi is questionable... poor to little existence in the rooms, little thruput on the beach and the pool. And even after 10 years, they do no have accessible information to keep you updated on daily events. There is general information posted but it does not reflect things like 'tonight is white night', Friday nights show is x, etc. It is expected that you stay by the blaring speakers on the beach to learn of today's programming and or go into the theater for the nightly show.The resort resembles itself as the Kellerman in the film 'Dirty Dancing'... time passes by, nothing changes, and the stagnant age is taking its toll. And from what we've been told over the years, this is still the best out of all iGV properties.”

“Can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach. The grounds and common areas, including the bar and restaurant, are elegant and beautiful. The room was spare, with very plain furniture, (almost as though they had just threw a couple of couches in the room for storage). But the bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the balcony. Restaurant staff was fantastic and the food was very, very good!”

“We were travelling Sardinia and decided to stop here for two nights. The staff is extremely nice and speaks good English. They were very helpful and suggested the beaches that would be perfect for that day. The location offers free parking very close to the accomodations. The hotel is basically in the city centre so everything is walking distance. All in all a wonderful experience.”

“This place is run down and understaffed the pool bar isn’t open during day even though staff are sitting around doing nothing. We asked to use a pool towel and on check out where charged €3 each which was never mentioned when I asked for them.. To use sun beds at beach is also €30. The breakfast “buffet” was just bread, spreads a few cakes and juice it was so bad we began taking our own items for breakfast. Beds are rock hard and not enough blankets for all beds. Wouldn’t recommend and will never return.”

“My partner and I stayed at the Conrad in late May into June of 2023 and we actually extended our stay because of how much we enjoyed it. The hotel itself is incredible with the charm and feel of being Sardinian. The rooms are spacious enough and we were lucky enough to have a private garden space which added a nice outdoor space that was private enough surrounded by hedges. The amenities are great, shuttles to and from the beach are incredible and you have options of which beach you’d like to go to. We had some varied weather, but on a bad day a trip to the spa was a great way to relax. The dinner options were a bit limited, but it is to be expected when you’re in such a remote and wild countryside. The staff were nothing short of incredible and attentive, making it feel like a true experience. Live music was a treat as you finished dinner and had a drink as well. Breakfast was very very good, with a fine assortment of traditional and more international staples. Only real cons were that it is an entire collection of hotels,and guests, so there were other loud activities (a kids show that would happen nightly at 7:00pm) going on around but it didn’t detract too much. We will be back to Sardinia and the Conrad.”

“Nice place. Clean rooms, pool access, private balcony / terras. Bathrooms are well equipped with nice rain shower, bidet and built in hairdryer. Short walk to the beach. There is aircon in the room but it’s a bit loud. A lack of pillows in the room and those that are there are rather flat. The tv is very limited with only the bare minimum of Italian SKYtv and not connected to internet to enable the smart features.”

“This was quite a disappointment. This hotel was rated as a 4 star hotel but i do not think that that reflects the service or the experience. Our room was located facing the pool and with some sea views, which is nice. During the evening, though, an 'entertainer' sings music by the pool just below next to the bar. The last time I saw this was in other hotels meant to cater for cheap tourists and not at a 4 star. Moreover, the said music would be so loud for the roo.s above that sleep is out is disturb at the very least till past 11pm. Within 3 days, I experienced 2 fights between waiters/barman. The barman was arguing that he cannot take so many people, even if we were about 15 or so in all. Waiter was actually asking us to go off the bar and fetch a table for the drink as the barman wanted space cleared. To be fair, we met at least 3 people that were very nice, with one even boiling and my egg when it was not being offered in the breakfast buffet. I still think that the attitude of a couple should not be tolerated though. In 3 nights, we had the AC not working. I told the receptionist about it and as it was working in the morning I do not think she told anyone. We had the same issue on the next night! When you consider that the grounds of the hotel hosts detached villas with pools you'd consider that this is a luxurious place. Think again. Even the ambience needs some uplift. Nothing compared to the other hotels we have been during our stay in Sardinia.”

“The hotel is situated in a super large garden with a lot of places to discover. It has a playroom for kids at the pool, a football pitch, volleyball court, and a spa that we did not use although the whirlpool is for free (we preferred to enjoy the sea and the pool). The pool is great with a bar next to it and the staff brings you drinks to the pool if you wish. In the village, there are 45 small houses (apartments) with enough privacy. The village was supposedly finished in 1991 so some things would need to be refurbished to attract more people (and also look better at the photos). Overall, our stay was great, quiet and comfortable. There are three pebble beaches with no people (most of them prefer to visit sandy beaches or stay at the pool). The local beaches would be harder to reach with babies but we liked to snorkel there with our kids (12+7y). The only thing that should be improved is the internet. It is only available at the pool and in the restaurant but I think people nowadays need to stay connected and this is what discourages many of them. Overall, we recommend the hotel, it has a lot to offer. The food is great and people are very friendly and helpful.”
