“The golf is second to none. Played Black, Red, Blue in that order. Suggest Black first then other two. Great tracks, conditions, and fun factor. Rickshaw pull carts are perfect for course conditions. Don't believe reviews saying otherwise. Caddies Mark and Jordan were the best caddies I've ever experienced and they didn't even carry my bag. All aspects they were better than could have asked for. Resort is beautiful with all the amenities. The staff was awesome everywhere. One negative was the management of billing and communication of the same. The CC you provide at check in holds all expected charges plus. And no one tells you this. Then it appears to take some time for it to adjust after you check out. Just don't use a debit card and it won't matter. Overall a fantastic experience but not quite perfect.”

“I was impressed. I ended up staying here on business and chose this location for my colleague and I because I used to live 4 miles away in Lakeland and have driven by this place a million times. Now, I'll run through the key points really quick... • Location: Great location, close to everything needed-Publix, Walmart, etc. Also very close to restaurants (fast food and casual dine ins). It's Bartow so it's not a huge town but is situated in the middle of all needed and minutes from downtown. • Service: We were greeted a very friendly, 2nd shift front desk person. She had a great personality and a sense of humor but I must say, i have to give her the most credit where it's due -she had us checked in in lightning speed time, faster than any hotel l've stayed out (and that's been a lot) and I was very much thankful for it because it had been a long day. The night auditor (overnight) gentleman was also extremely friendly and kind. The woman that served continental breakfast, the same, and the housekeeper that l left my card with when I checked out. I didn't encounter any employee there that wasn't incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. This is a first because it always seems as though there's always that 1 lol • The rooms: The rooms weren't anything special, meaning to set them apart from any decent hotel, however, they were somewhat updated and most importantly, clean. My room overlooked the pool and they had me on the 4th floor 1 room from the end. Everything I needed was there-coffee maker and I'm not sure if this is standard in all rooms but I had 4 coffee pods, which excited me because I usually drink about that prior to making my way down, but 4 coffee pods, fridge, microwave, tv of course, iron, blow dryer and travel size toiletries.”

“Not the worst but not what I expect from a Hilton. Bathroom was gross. Gunk/mold/scum around the shower/shower head, pee around the base of the toilet with hair, mold on the towel hooks, drywall dust piled on the back of toilet, on floor and sink dirty, crumbs/dirt on the floor, debris on the sink counter, can see dried fluid stains on the floor, rooms are muggy and ac doesn't work well. Few employees we interacted with were very nice. UPDATE: Horrible nights sleep. Pillows go flat as papper. No more flavored coffee creamer in the mornings. I'll say and I'm sure most would agree, at least waking up to good coffee would've excused A LOT! It was hot, I'll say that. But specifically went down stairs to get flavored coffee creamer and I couldn't wait to check out when I found out they didn't have it anymore. So simple yet so impactful. Hope they bring it back.”

“Stayed here during hurricane idalia (we had to leave our house in Hillsborough evac zone a)... rooms and staff were nice. Only complaint is that everyone smokes right infront of the rear door, so I would imagine staying in those rooms would be less than ideal, but I am sure the staff would move you as they were kind and accommodating”

“This is one of the best Marriotts i have been. All the staff id very personable and they have been super awesome. We were here during Christmas and had the best time when we were back at the hotel. The rooms are also great. The food at the Bistro is awesome, the drinks at the Bar are awesome. They also have a nice fireplace, it was superb experience, thank you 🎄🎊”

“I have stayed in a ton of CY's over 25 years, and it's clear to me this is an older one that has recently been renovated/upgraded. Loved the modern furniture & new carpets in the rooms. Bathrooms, specifically the toilets, still need upgrading. The first room flush arm was broken off, and the second room flapper valve leaked slowly, so water ran intermittently. Lobby renovation was nice, too, with a Starbucks that was never open when we were in the lobby. Loved the quiet nature of the big oak trees around the property at this location.”

“my girlfriend stayed in the RV section and had the best weekend ever. From line dancing on Friday, horseback riding and rodeo on Saturday. The service was great we did wish we had a shaded site but will request next time. but a huge shout out to the employees we interacted with. All were social, polite, had our safety in mind with a ride back to RV site in the rain. David Smith, Dustin and Gary made the trip great not just good.”

“Hotel seemed like it was just recently built. Everything was pretty clean and I felt good in my very spacious room. The staff was very friendly and check-in went fast. Just the bathroom layout was a bit odd, you could see that it's a pretty cheap construction and the area didn't reeeeally feel safe. Also the train horn woke me up one or two times. Overall I'd stay here again, but there are better places for the money I paid”

“The LEGOLAND hotel did not leave any details out. There are so many fun activities there for kids and kids-at-heart. As grown ups, we could point out things like the price (it is expensive, and no Florida resident discounts at all), no phone in the rooms if you need to call the front desk, or the housekeeping supervisor walking around knocking on doors at 10am checking if you moved out yet. However, all these things are not that important when your kids are having a time of their lives and you get to make these amazing memories with them. You can easily stay here for a week (if you can afford it) and never get bored!! The hotel guest parking and a separate entrance to the park, which is only a short walk away, are definitely a huge bonus! However, there is so much to see and do in the hotel that you don't even have to go to the park. From the treasure hunt in the room and the Lego building stations throughout the hotel, to the Lego building workshops, the pools, story time, pajama dance parties, and so much more. This is the place where it is perfectly fine to just let your kids have fun and be kids, and you don't have to worry about them breaking something or getting in trouble. We had a great stay here!! The kids will talk about it for a very long time. I hope to see some great Florida resident deals in the near future so we can come back again.”
