The front desk attendant was very understanding and nice, and was able to discount part of our stay due to the inconvenience (the house cleaning staff had already left for the day). Honestly, I think they are overbooked and understaffed, causing mistakes due to the workload. Otherwise, their customer service in-house was good. Review: The front desk was nice, but I am not entirely sure that our room was cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, sand in the carpet, and half of a PILL left on the lamp. Honestly, the two stars are only because check-in was easy. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to question if you're sleeping in used sheets.”

“Stayed Oct 20-22 2023 - Room was great, breakfast was amazing, plenty of parking, fair price. It was difficult to get a front desk agent at the counter however. When I checked in, when i was looking for information AND when I wanted to check-out, there was no desk agent to be found, until I had to pop my head in the back office and say -hello? I do wish there was more nights with "social hour" than only Wednesday. I would have liked to take advantage after a long drive that day. I would stay again.”

“Exceptional service from the team at comfort Inn Airport. They were proactive and made sure we were all set for our travel. I have rarely seen a hotel customer service of that quality in the last couple of years. We left our car in the parking lot and I was absolutely not worried about safety. Abby arranged our airport transport both ways: flexible, quick and easy. Very friendly place, happy staff, clean room, comfortable bed, but most of all, the customer service we had from reservation date to departure date was amazing. I definitely recommend and will come back.”

“Absolutely some of the rudest staff I've ever witnessed in my life! I am not one to complain as I work too and know how it is but this was truly next level disrespectful! We (myself and other guests) also overhead many loud and inappropriate conversations about other guests and staff in the hotel! You might want to block the kiddo's ears if you plan on staying and use the front entrance. For the sake that I'm human and already feel bad writing my first bad Google review I will skip the rest but trust me when I say the list goes on much longer! Breakfast was good though!”

“We were only looking for a place for one night but we needed two rooms. We found this place and it was quite the gem. Vito at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were redone through Covid. The rooms were immaculate, the bathroom was very nice, bed very comfortable. There is a 99 Restaurant attached to the hotel. Very good and very convenient after driving all day. I had not stayed at a Clarion before but will certainly try another one. The price was so reasonable.”

“Room was very well renovated and clean, definitely a favorite room for me in recent years travel! Hotel has a great restaurant in the meeting area that was reasonably priced however the breakfast for platinum members in the executive lounge was awful other than the coffee machine, if you don’t feel like having a lounge then just close it. Other than that it was a great stay and if working in the area again I’d look forward to staying here.”
