My spouse stayed overnight and got a call at 10pm from reception asking to move her car to the back of the hotel since visitors from the first floor didn’t like that a car was parked in front of their window. It’s night, -10 outside: we don’t like your car parked in front of our room, move it! Whaaaat?? Btw, nothing, no-one indicated this rule anywhere. Oh did I mention there is no elevator and no one asked her is she needs a help with her luggage?”
