“Not a happy camper. Our romantic getaway was not the best thanks to the hotel. Some basic needs would be: This hotel did not have hot water, Correct a cold shower was the start of the day. Followed by no shampoo in the room to go with the cold shower, lots of other creams, this was followed by not enough towels. Two towels for two guests, we had to get extra from the front desk so my wife could dry her hair. Thank god the hair dryer worked as this is how we warmed up after the shower. I’ll be waiting for the hotel receipt to show the discount I was promised. Right now it’s not looking good.”

“I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this week for my business trip, and I wanted to say that it exceeded all my expectations. The staffs were all very friendly and professional since day 1. And the room that I stayed in was the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful interior design and furnishings made it easy for me to focus when working on one side of the centre desk, and relax on the other side when I was done with work. I also love the fact that the casino is right across the street from the hotel! I definitely would stay at this hotel again.”

“I chose to book this hotel due to the outstanding reviews and it lived up to the high praises and more. I stayed at this hotel for a work trip that was 3 weeks long and I must say it was such a wonderful, comfortable and warm stay. The minute you enter the hotel, the staff at the front desk are always welcoming you with a warm greeting and well wishes. The staff present during breakfast were also so friendly and so were the housekeeping staff. The rooms were super modern, clean and freshened daily. The bed was comfortable and linens were comfortable as well; they also have blackout shades which were SO handy for my days off when I wanted to sleep in after the sun was out. Breakfast is included and it was delicious always. This hotel is located in a perfect area & my commutes were within 10 minutes at all times, no matter where I was headed. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place. Google might say 2-star hotel but the service is 5 stars for sure! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Always a favorite when traveling with my kids. The front desk was lovely this time (as per usual), room is clean, and the lifeguards on duty at the pool were very kind and friendly to us. We really appreciate the welcome when we come and know it’s a guaranteed great stay!”

“We checked in very late and got one of the last rooms. Room was clean and spacious. We travel with our dog so had a pet room. Nothing wrong with it. Mattresses seem a bit worn out but are comfortable. Location is great for city amenities and the breakfast was wonderful. Will stay here again. Hint: got the best rate through their reservation website.”
