“This place has a very beautiful vibe and the interior of the property was quite aesthetic. This place is on a deserted narrow street, so 4 wheelers can't reach easily and it was difficult to find any public transport(like auto) there. One should walk to the main road. The manager was not present on the desk at the time of check-in, after a long wait we got a room. The room was spacious and perfectly cleaned. If we talk about the the view of this place,it is best, they have a pool table and many musical equipments available to use and indoor games to play. But they don't have cold water facilities even in the month of august. Otherwise, everything was good.”

“My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. The stay was comfortable and room was quite nice. Some amenities they provide on request, e.g. room slippers, dental kit, etc. They also arranged a cab for airport drop early in the morning. The only minor issue is that this is off the main road, in a lane. So you may need to walk down a bit to find an auto. But the plus side is that, it is away from all the chaos. I would recommend this hotel.”

For some reason they were painting hallways with customers around. Gym room a bit cramped for more than 3 people at a time. Reception staff helpful. Good options for breakfast.... Ask for anything you don't see. Clean and tidy restaurant. Clean and tidy room. Games room needs attention. Good value hotel.”

“This is a difficult one so I will try to break it down into detail, I picked this hotel because of the reviews. The actual experience was less than what I expected and the kind of price I paid for it didn't justify. This place is ideal for those who are tired of a regular 5 star experience and want a place which is isolated, not much crowded and in top of a hill, who don't have very high expectations in service or food and who just want to isolate and have a dream of living on a hill. Then you are good. The hotel is very basic, the rooms are basic, there is bath tub and air conditioning and basic amenities that you look for, there is nothing you can say 'luxurious' about the rooms, size is good though. There is a lobby which is also the dinning area, it is not very well lit and doesn't have air conditioning which is okay in winters but a struggle in warm temperatures. There are just 2 guys who work really hard to serve all the guests. The food runs out quickly and you wait for it to replenish which takes 5-10 minutes which isn't too much unless you are in the middle of having a meal, then 10 minutes is eternity. Overall, what I would say is if you just want to unplug and don't have high expectations and think that the location is worth the price then go for it, else there are other places that would serve you better. For me, the price I paid per room for that experience really pinched me.”

“The resort is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are well maintained but need a bit of maintenance to be undertaken. The facilities provided in the room are adequate and replenished regularly. The hygiene of the washroom also needs a bit of attention as the shower curtain was quite dirty and it looked like it had not been changed in quite a while. The WC was a bit dirty too and I had to ask the housekeeping staff to pay special attention to cleaning the same thoroughly. The service staff need to be trained and this is an immediate necessity. The lawns, walkways and the garden with all its statues and motifs are kept in excellent condition so kudos to the staff. One simple suggestion, have a dedicated supervisor to oversee the maintenance of the rooms and the upkeep of the washrooms in particular. The food is of a very good standard and it caters primarily to the Indian/Gujarati clientele. Overall a good experience and we enjoyed ourselves.”
