“We stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times every year and love it. Location is great, staff is super friendly and rooms are always clean. We were there last weekend and had a great time. My only complaint is the water pressure in shower was low and the water was so soft it never really felt like you got all of the soap off or shampoo out of your hair. I've never noticed that before. We will definitely stay here again though!”

“We’ve stayed here several times over the weekend. Though it’s an older hotel, the rooms are comfortably large and quiet. The free breakfast is more than adequate, the staff polite, and the building/grounds kept clean, up to date and well maintained. We like that it’s just a little outside St. Louis in a quiet part of town, yet still accessible to the Gateway area downtown (about 20 min across I-44) as well as stores/malls along 270.”

“The hotel was nice and clean. Great and friendly staff that took care of our needs. The room was clean, with all the amenities that I needed like clean towels, and bed sheets, little coffee maker for coffee in the morning which was great. I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel was quiet at night, sleep like a baby, and in the morning the breakfast room had everything I needed to start my day. It was a great location for our needs, with restaurants and gas stations close by. Will stay again in the future. Two thumbs up.”

“I'm very happy that we have our Team Offsite here twice a year. But, I'm subtracting a star because the first rule of event planning is don't let the room get too hot. It got up to 78°. People were dozing off despite the fact that we have good speakers presenting interesting content. I think most would agree a meeting room should always be between 68° and 72°. This facility is expensive to to rent so it's really disappointing that people had a hard time staying alert because it got so warm. I still like this facility because it is clean, well maintained, we never have tech issues, serves excellent food including snacks and beverages, and the staff serving us is always great. Parking is good too.”

“I would love to have more great things to say about this Hilton, but really-- the only things that I can really say is that the location was pretty good for our need and the staff were mostly friendly. Thank goodness we had Hilton points to pay for the room, otherwise we would have been very angry if we had paid for the room (that weekend it would have been about $250/night). There were no bed linens for the pull out couch (but they did give us some). The fan in the bedroom had two speeds- off or cyclone. The suite itself was much smaller than you'd expect and was not comfortable. It took 4 minutes for the shower water to warm up. There was always a smell of marijuana in the elevators and sometimes outside, in the halls, or lobby. The breakfast was just so-so and not refilled timely-- however the French toast sticks had a really good flavor, just cold. The pool/spa was supposed to open at 9am, but by 9:15 someone had to go hunt for management to open it. My husband makes a point to stay at Hilton for all of his business travels and he said that this one was the worst he's been at. He will continue to stay at other Hiltons, just maybe not this one. Again, the staff were friendly and the location was close to what we needed, it just didn't rank for the other stuff.”

“Was in town for work and had great stay, you could tell it was newer property, very modern. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, even though my room was facing the highway it was still pretty quiet. Staff was nice, breakfast was what you’d expect from a Marriott property. Would highly recommend for a work trip or weekend getaway. Looking forward to visiting again.”

“This hotel was so surprisingly amazing. I have spent well over 100 nights in a hotel this year, and this might have been the best one. I always stick with Hilton properties, and thus never need to worry about quality. This hotel was a cut above. The room was spotless, the bed was shockingly comfy, the staff were super courteous, and everything was just so nice. My wife and I have been struggling to find a good place to stay in STL that isn’t the Four Seasons, and this is definitely going to be our go to hotel from now on. Super close to everything, but far enough away from it all to be quiet at night. 5/5 stars for sure!”

“Stayed here for 3 nights and the only thing we enjoyed was our conversation with Mr Terri. He was so polite and friendly. He was the only person who acknowledged us throughout our stay. Even the front desk had a sour attitude. Aside from that, this hotel is way overpriced. Our room was not as nice or clean as they showed online. The location is beautiful but definitely needs new management in the housekeeping department. Hilton needs to take a look at y’all. Their standard is not being met at this property 😬.”

“2.7 / 5 - Nice refreshed and clean common spaces and rooms, not so great staff. I was surprised a west county/chesterfield hotel didn't have great service. It was just a mess while we were there. We stayed twice in a week for a total of 4 nights and thy just seem out of sorts. No one understood what it meant to have Elite status or to choose a restaurant credit. It was never applied correctly and they never made you feel ok even bringing it up. The lady who checked us in was a mess and seemed like we woke her up. Another front desk guy comes across a little stoned. "The Bistro"...please stop using that term as it makes it sound like something special or where you might get food or drink with some love. The staff are young, not very tidy, and everything was served in take away and disposable. Bonus, for the money it makes it a joke. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but there were strange things like no cups in the room or a pad & pencil, but most oddly the trash cans weren't lined but had the bags hanging on them (this happened on both occasions staying here). Ultimately it's a relatively cheap hotel but for the category in Chesterfield or the valley I would not stay here again. It didn't surprise me the employee of the month parking spot was empty the entire time we were there.”

“Amazing and absolutely clean rooms! Literally everything was clean! (Except there was a used washcloth on the shower curtain rod, but it was a very small problem). The beds were so comfortable and we got third floor rooms so the view was nice and being that high was so cool. The shower and bathroom were both so great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check out late after we asked them if we could. Very much worth what I paid. Only slight problem was that it is kind of hidden and in a weird spot, but I know that is not the staff's fault!”

“Gorgeous hotel! Stayed here for a wedding i was in town for. My room was spacious and clean, shower was nice and hot. Check in took awhile bc the front desk agent was on the phone for like 10 mins when I came in and there wasn't anyone else around who could check me in. But I know how that can go and I wasn't in a hurry. I do wish there was a little more on the breakfast buffet especially on a weekend, it felt a little sparse for me so I didn't partake. But it's a beautiful hotel and would definitely return!”
