“Stayed here night before cruise. Ample parking. Checked in with Robert in less than 5 minutes. King suite was very nice (comfortable bed, hot nice shower). Breakfast was better than most hotels breakfast. Location had restaurants, shopping, and retail opportunities. Robert’s and Emily’s personalities sealed it as a 5 star experience.”

“This hotel should be #1 on a list of worst hotels in Orlando/lake Mary. The room was Filthy from the start. I mirror wasn't clean the base boards were filled with dust and hair and the kitchen sink had lots of spots and water stains. We were there for 5 days and our room wasn't attended to once. Not one day out of time. When we called to complain they told us we would have to come and get our own things from downstairs because the house keepers had left for the day. This was before 5pm mind you. The hotel itself was just as dirty as the room. The hallways the elevator look like it's never cleaned. The lobby hadn't been swept or mopped none of the five days we were there. The elevator had dog poop in it that they eventually let dry up. The outside area was full of cigarettes butts. I mean this hotel was too expensive to be so dirty. And the staff wasn't compensating at all, and we were even expected to make our own beds. I would recommend this hotel until they get better management because it start from the higher ups.”

“Staff was very friendly and all of them responsive whenever I asked for anything, no matter it was about how to work with something in the room or if I asked for extra tissue or coffee. The room was very clean and spacious but the only problem was that the quin bed was small and if two people sleep on it, it would be hard to move during sleep. Another thing is that they clean the rooms only once a week so if u stay for short days and a short trip that would be perfect but for stay longer it aould be hard. Overall, I think it worth the price and I enjoyed my stay there.”

“I stayed here during EDC. The rooms were spacious with a modern design and immaculately clean. The breakfast was great, staff had been wonderful, and the location was upscale and peaceful. While it’s tucked away from Orlando’s craziness, the city isn’t a far commute and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. This was a perfect stay for my friends and I. Will definitely return on my next trip to Orlando.”

“On 02/01/24, I booked a reservation to the Extended Stay America Premier Suites Orlando Sanford through Expedia and paid for a room at the hotel on 02/14/24-02/15/24. I arrived at the hotel on 02/14/24 around 7:00pm and was greeted by the front desk attendant, Abby O. I told Abby about my reservation and the confirmation number but she said she didn’t see my name and the confirmation number was to another guest. I showed her my receipt and she asked to see my bank statements because she alleged I could have canceled the charge. As you can imagine, asking to see a guest’s bank statements to prove they paid for a hotel after they’ve showed them the receipt is very unprofessional. Regardless, I drove multiple hours for a business meeting and needed a room so I showed her my credit card statement showing her I didn’t cancel the payment. She proceeded to call someone and speak Tagalog. She then got off the phone and said there must be a glitch in the system and can’t do anything. When I asked her for another room she said the hotel was full. She then declined ever asking to see my bank statement when another guest at the front desk commented how unprofessional she was and that I needed to call management. When I asked for Abby’s full name for the complaint, she got offended and said she would only say her last name is O. One of the managers called me the next day after sending her an email, which is the only reason I gave a two star instead of a one star review. The manager was very apologetic and agreed Abby O was unprofessional with her conduct with customers. My experience was terrible with the front desk staff and I was forced to scramble for last minute sleeping accommodations but the manager was understanding and apologetic.”
