“Enjoyed my stay here for 6months. Hotel was clean, room services were provided whenever requested, laundry services were available at cost. Special shout out to Jose, in-charge of breakfast, he is very kind and sweet and welcomes guests to breakfast everyday with a smile. I would give 4 star for services as some of staff at reception were not very friendly, although most of them were.”

“Been to many hotels but this one is not up to the Hampton standard. The hallways had a weird smell and no air conditioning. When we stepped into our room, it had a stinky odor and the cooling system was not functional. We lowered the temperature down to 65 and still no change as there was just a small AC vent on the wall and not other cooling unit in the room. The bins had no liners and felt dirty. Restroom floor was greasy and the soap holder was broken, on top of that there was wet soap residue in the holder meaning it was not cleaned. Finally, we decided to leave this shabby motel come hotel. The hotel receptionist was kind enough to offer us refund and the staff was nice overall.”

“Located right outside of downtown so easy access to everything without the hassle of finding parking. The traffic noise was muffled well and could barely tell we were beside an interstate. Clean rooms and great family space. Comfy beds too. Swimming pool was fun and served breakfast, very good. Had a fan for those who like them to sleep.”

“Room was a little dated, but cozy. The location of the hotel is good for it being near a mall, but it was still an odd drive down a long road with nothing around it except commercial businesses. The real winner for the 5 stars was because of the breakfast. They had fresh lemon water, milk, coffee, juice, waffles, at least 3 hot options such as bacon, eggs, and sausage, cereal, fruit, and yogurts, bread, muffins. Definitely one of the better breakfasts I've had in a while.”

“My friend and I came in from out of town for our second visit to this wonderful establishment. The first time was great, but this time was even better. With 3 weddings coming up for the weekend, you would think staff would have been too busy to chat, but the staff was as nice as could be. We both love the inn and will be back. I think my friend mistakenly left a not so great review, but he will change the rating because we will be back we love it there.”

“The Hampton Inn itself is a little on the run down side. The bathroom was peeling and mold was growing. The carpets held stains in them and while it is pet friendly and some stains are to be expected there was an awful lot. There were no cameras in the stairwell for safety. The lobby smelt strongly of cigarette smoke at times as well. However , on the flip side the staff was absolutely incredible!! They were nice and attentive and genuinely seemed to care about us and our stay. These workers were some of the best I have ever encountered and definitely made the hotel worth coming back too.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the Comfort Inn in Randolph was. Service - the service was excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful and made a huge difference to me personally during my stay. Location - there were several nice local restaurants within walking distance, as well as a day spa across the street. There is are several great coffee shops too. Rooms were very clean and quiet.”

“Location was very close to Baptist Hospital where my spouse was having surgery and they offer a discounted price if your stay is hospital related. Staff was pleasant and helpful, room was very clean and the restaurant food was good. I had to extend my stay at the last minute, as the surgery discharge was postponed, and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.”

“The location was perfect for a Gillette Stadium event. We stayed here for the Army Navy game and easily walked to the stadium. Victor the manager was awesome! He was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel even provided complimentary snacks and water bottles.”

“Overall a bad experience, and I didn't even get in the door. I called the hotel direct rather than going to Priceline or Expedia... found out that was a mistake. How does a third-party vendor beat your own price by close to $20 (and that was their "military appreciation" price). At the end of the call, the operator says some random prompt about complimentary trip - next thing I know I'm talking with some gimmicky time-share type person... who I assume they get paid to refer folks to. I made the reservation day of, but some emergency came up in the afternoon where I had to "cancel." I called the front desk to let them know...and sat on hold for 5 minutes. I didn't think they'd refund anything (since it said canceling results in a one night charge) but its nice to know they also charge the full taxes and fees too... for doing absolutely nothing.”
