“So let me say for the price, this place is very worth it. We stayed here for only $100 so, remember you get what you pay for. Pros: Staff is warm, friendly, and energetic. They seem happy to be there and enthusiastically support customers (except for maybe pool cleaning). Nice location but a pain to leave the site (right turn only). Not a bad place to stay. Cons: So while the rooms were clean enough, the pool and hot tub were filthy (see pictures). The front desk assured us we they get cleaned every day, however the scum stuck on there says otherwise. There were chunks of "stuff" floating in there, and the pool was cloudy. This isn't from one day...everything is caked on there. I felt really gross being in the hot tub and pool.😬 In closing, it's a decent place. I could come back but I wouldn't swim in anything there unless it's cleaned up.”

“Just a really good hotel. My favorite place since the pandemic whenever I'm in town. Great value for a clean and modern hotel room without all the unnecessary resort fees. Location is convenient next to the 50 freeway exit with restaurants close by. Rooms are clean and modern. I love how I can connect my phone to the TV by Wi-Fi. Staff is super friendly and helpful whenever I need help. The hotel is currently under renovation to update rooms, but it has not been bothersome to me. I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends who visit the area!!!”

“We had a two room suite with a kitchen. It had been recently remodeled. The materials used were and will become problematic. The new flooring was loose in a few places. The tile in the kitchen was impossible to not mark up and the granite countertop had a 2' long crack in it at the sink which had been filled. The breakfast buffet was good in the morning. In the evening we had our free drinks at the lounge. The lobby is freshly remodeled and is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is odd. You enter a strip mall then drive out of it down a narrow road to the complex. It is not obvious and without Google maps it would have proven much more difficult.”

“We were there last week for a couple of nights. Nice location and surrounding areas; (except there brief foul smell in one morning outside in the parking lot). The night guest service staff were attentive and friendly enough to make us feel welcome there. Breakfast was good, we had no complaints. Thanks for the 24-hour coffee servicing table; NICE to have. Rooms could have some upgrades; for example, the bathtub has a crack on one wall and the tub floor was Not clean to our standards. There was only one small hand soap and not enough facial tissue paper. By the way, previously used soap was still in the soap holder which we had to throw it out ourselves. Some noises at night from the upstairs unit due to people walking heavily as well as the next-door room with a kid crying that we could hear on the other side where our headboard is. The breakfast room is spacious and comfortable enough to share with other guests. However, one of the blinds was broken, and that made the room look a bit run-down. The elevators are old and make a very loud noise when the doors shut and open. Kind of smells bad inside the elevator. They need to be cleaned thoroughly and daily including all buttons, the inside walls, and floors.”

“Ruined my birthday!! I chose this place for the “vintage charm” and instead got stuck with this rundown headache. My room was dirty and all of the furniture was peeling and rickety. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. There were dead bugs in my coffee cups and the bath tub/shower were coated in grime. Everything in the hotel was broken and looked nothing like the standards advertised on the website. Communication was non existent because the staff leaves before 5pm. Requested a partial refund and never got a reply. Don’t fall for it.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Rooms were updated, clean and good size for the price - bed and pillow was comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend having someone stay on the pull out couch and would opt for a two bed instead. Staff was friendly and professional. The onsite Bistro meets your basic needs for the morning. The pool was nice - definitely wish there was a hot tub but we just weren’t lucky in terms of weather. Parking is $10/day which was the same as the other Marriott we had stayed at this weekend. It’s an annoying fee given the mostly empty parking lot but was happy to have a place close to downtown to leave vehicle. Location is great - less than a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown. It’s a quiet out of the way location. Felt safe and was easy to get bearings for us Canadians. Overall this hotel does the job and would recommend for folks looking for a nice stay that doesn’t break the bank.”

“My stay at Hilton Inn was quite enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. “Stayed here for almost 2 weeks while my wife received IV treatments from a clinic. Price is reasonable for location and what you get. It's pretty much a gravel parking lot or a paved parking lot with full hook ups. No picnic table. When you got a trailer or RV, you don't really need a picnic table. I have enjoyed no mosquitoes at this park! There's a bike trail nearby that you can go on for a walk. This park is fenced in and Cal Expo has their security roll around the park often so no need to worry about creeps coming in. The lot is well lit at night. If I had to come back down here, this would be the 1st place I would try to book.”

“Excellent location. Horribly unkind, uncaring staff who most certainly do not represent the hotel well. From the dismissive valet staff (a young lady & a gentleman working Friday eve) who refused to answer a patron's question and ignored them for 15 minutes, to the unfriendly, unwelcoming front of house staff who could not have been more unhelpful during my visit, this is a beautiful property in a prime location whose management need to call an all-staff meeting to remind employees that they work in HOSPITALITY. Kindness, understanding, and a smile go a long way in letting guests know you're happy they chose your property with so many others on offer. Please do better, it's a shame with how stunning the hotel is that the service isn't just as awesome.”
