“Terrible! The first day the room was properly unclean, a bit noisy due to the heating system, and the last day there was a terrible smell. Then we tried the restaurant for lunch. We waited 1.5 h without receiving what with asked. In addition, we noticed that to the Restaurant director and they make us pay the full total! Even the menu is very limited and not use friendly. Most of the staff does not spear in english and do not consider you. However, the building is very nice with a high potential. The spa works very well.”

“We came on a weekday and it was not busy. They have 2 pools and are well maintained, if you like to train then this place is for you. Facilities are lean and maintained. The food tastes good( it should be as they do not allow to bring in food and drinks), amount of the dish and price are competitive. The service is quick, staff are friendly and helpful. I have recommended this place to my friends and family and to my social media platforms.”

“This place is popular to a big group activities, they can accomodate large number of pax. Function rooms from small to big gaterings. Well maintained rooms and swimming pools. You can enjoy the wifi connection in your rooms and even in the looby of every floors of the buildings. Elevators are working, but if you want to spend some time in climbing the stairs while looking at the ethnic frames hanging on the walls. A hot and cold water dispensers are provided in every floor lobbies. It is just far to travel from center of the city going here at the in arevalo, specially during rush hours.”

“The location of a relaxing place inside the city is perfect. The pool is well maintained. Rooms are pretty basic. TV is awkwardly placed though. No hit water. Rooms are clean though and with a table to eat. Personnel are very courteous. They also serve righlty - priced delicious food. Food is not available 24/7 but the location is near plenty of food places. There's also a parking area outside.”

“The hotel staff are professional and accommodating. The food they served were a delight, a must being in Iloilo. The rooms, however, were substandard and are up for renovation. The only available sockets in our room were hidden below the television set. The room had no refrigerator. Our restroom did not have hot shower. It was also pretty unclean. The location is good enough if one would need to be nearer to the airport and the great old heritage district of Jaro. I will come back here again if given a room with better facilities.”
