“I needed to stay and checked in last minute as the roads to my house were very icy. The room was very nice and the gentleman who checked me was delightful! Had trouble with the heating system. Also I was quoted $115 with tax. Now I'm charged $124. I had no incidentals unless you count watching basic television such as The Office and local news? Also the waffle situation was odd as how was I supposed to get the batter into the waffle maker when there was nothing but a plate to transfer it. Too much trouble and seemed wasteful as I hate wasting a plate. The eggs were too runny for my taste. So I couldn't make use of the complimentary breakfast that I was really looking forward to.”

“Nice hotel and clean rooms, but the customer service stood out the most to me. Evelyn checked us in and got us a great room to accommodate us with our two little kids. She even sent us a text after we settled in to make sure we had everything we needed. She was great! We only slept here one night and left early in the morning for a flight from Dulles, but we slept well. One thing to note is that the shuttle starts at 6am, and we had a 7:05am flight, so we couldn't use the shuttle. The hotel is also at least 12 minutes away from the airport. So if you have an early morning flight, keep these things in mind if you decide to stay here.”

“Avoid this place at all costs. It's affordable and has decent reviews, but quite frankly you'd be better off staying in your car. I stayed here for a wedding from 9/2-9/4. My room reeked of sewage and the A/C did not work. The room must have been 90+ degrees. Instead of A/C, there was a giant industrial fan in the room. The toilet seat was also more or less off the toilet. When I told the front desk they acted stunned and informed me that there were no other available rooms that night, our room would be switched the following night and we we would receive a refund for the first night. 3 months later, we still have not. I've called 7+ times and each time I'm told it's "coming". The manager Ramon is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met in my life. This is the first review I have ever written, beware of this place, it's a total cash grab. They will jam you into whatever room is available and take your money.”
