Family owned and run, they have mastered good service, great food and the art of making people feel special. Menu has been constructed to cater for those who are up for a big meal and also those who just want a share plate while they have a few wines. Beautiful building with lots of history has been tastefully furnished to allow lots of seperate areas where you can have privacy and quiet conversation. The location was perfect in every direction for us, IGA down the road, then beers and bars in other locations and so close to Chinatown's great food. The room had everything we needed. We originally had a studio which was maybe a bit smaller but ended up moving to a 1 bedroom executive which was utopia. Overall 5 stars and will revisit it next time.”

Pizzas were nice, Salt n pepper calamari was ok however the serving size was pretty dissapointing & definitely not worth the $$. If you stay in a room overlooking North Terrace be mindful that you'll get a lot of noise on the balcony from the convention centre across the road - not the hotel's fault, With the windows closed the noise disappears. The only problem we had was the lifts. They are a real disappointment - getting them to operate and to take you to the required level was sometimes a big challange as the buttons seemed to ignore your pushing them. The controls need urgent upgrade or replacement.”
