Beautiful landscape, gorgeous indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi and the breakfast was phenomenal, it felt like home, cozy, comfortable, spacious room and delicious breakfast. The service was great and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff during check in time due to technical difficulties. I will make the Hyatt my go to place. “This hotel used to be great! It was a wonderful up and coming spot with so much potential. The staff was so welcoming and there were so many amenities. Now, even walking up and asking the GM, who was at the front desk, a question, results in a snappy "what??" Before you can even start speaking. The poor girl who checked us in worked shifts that were only 8 hours apart, and the bartender paid more attention to the men at the bar and ignored all the women until they asked to order. There are no longer typical amenities that you can ask for at the front desk, either, and don't expect to receive your member waters without asking. Of course, the hotel is beautiful and niche but if you need to stay by the airport, maybe try the Hyatt instead. After working hotels for years and even working at both the Aloft and Hyatt in the past, this was a disappointing trip that originally had been so exciting. Pros: beautiful architecture, great brand history, very clean. Great views. Cons: Poor service, understaffed, high and unmarked prices. Housekeeping comes into your room hours before check out.”

“I am so disgusted having stayed here. The front desk person was very nice and at first glance the room looked clean. Unfortunately, the lighting was bad and the bathroom light was not working. We thought no big deal as we were going to bed anyway and had arrive late. However, I crawled into bed and noticed a red spot on the top sheets, so I pulled back covers and more brownish red spots. My sister immediately pulled back her covers and discovered a lot of long black hairs, disgusting as she is a blond. We decided to then inspect the bathroom (that I had already used, yuck), Found brown feces on toilet seat. This is so disgusting and a very bad prior desk or they just never clean the seats and sheets. We had the front desk bring us fresh sheets and changed them ourselves as we did not trust anyone to clean it. They claimed that they were booked upon check in so did not ask for a room change and decided cleaning it ourselves was the best option. We cancelled the 2nd night and they gave us a very small discount which we did not ask for. Our concern was the cleanliness. I am a Hilton Honors participant and have never had such a poor experience. I will never stay in a Hampton again. I also failed to check other review sites as they are very low on Yelp and lot of similar cleanliness issues.”

“The room looks nothing like the photos, although it was very very quiet for New Year's Eve. Except the people above us on the 2nd floor you could hear kids running across the room and the floor/ceiling creaked something horrible so stay away from room 127 for that specifically. We had nats flying around the room so we went out to pick up dinner and brought a spray back and they were gone. We did overall sleep pretty well though beds were comfortable and the bed was clean. I wasn't impressed with the front desk service as the young man didn't seem to have much experience but was polite and offered us the extra towels I requested upon check in. This will be my only stay here for a local. I'll try something new again in a few months. 😊”

“Our room was perfect for our family of five. Our two oldest shared the Loft with two twin beds and had their own "floor". The living room and kitchen were great for hanging out. Main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and other full bedroom were spacious and comfortable. I will say that you need to be okay with stairs if staying here. Also note that heat rises, so those sleeping downstairs will be cooler than those in the Loft. We burned duralogs every night and it was cozy. We used the sauna and jacuzzi every day and though sparce I enjoyed the gym. My kids enjoyed the arcade and playing pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I loved every bit of our time. I would definitely return.”
