Comfortable Stay: While the rooms may not have been large, they provided a super comfortable environment. The AC, TV, and water heater all functioned perfectly, contributing to a hassle-free stay. Peaceful Environment: I experienced no disturbances from the staff or otherwise, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. There was a lot of loud noise from chairs being moved and dishes being thrown, and the staff were communicating loudly. When I called the reception to complain, they didn't respect my complaint and even made it worse by calling the room and arguing with us. I will never go back to this hotel!"”

“Location is good. Rooms require maintenance as my room the paint was coming out and the bed corners were dusty. I had to change my room since earlier I got the room near septic tank of the hotel. Service is slow. Being a 3 star category hotel they will not provide iron instead charge you for it with gst applicable. You will not be provided upgrades even if the hotel is at fault since they are one of the few good hotels so they are sold out. Staff is good and polite. Even you want to stay here select only premium category rooms.”

“We spent 4 nights at the Kamal Hotel. The bedroom was comfy, clean and quite quiet. The Hotel is very well located (5 minutes from the Taj Mahal) and nearby shops. The roof top is amazing!!! With a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal (the best view of the city! And even more enjoyable than being in it). THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Raju is an amazing cooker! He even gave us a cooking lesson which was so fun and memorable! The team is lovable!! Big up to Raju, Abi, Keki and the little brother! They are SO helpful, kind, generous, attentive and available 24/24! We had so much fun with them. Our stay in the Hotel with these wonderful people is what we retain of our trip in Agra”

Washroom is very dirty and full of salt scales. Water is very salty even would need packaged water for brushing. Overall the pricing is too high considering room condition”
