While I respect individual choices, it seemed inconsistent that the hotel prioritized this aspect over ensuring a satisfactory stay for all guests. This policy shift may contribute to an environment that does not cater equally to all patrons. “Rude and arrogant We reached at 2AM asking for a room.. we had a long trip from Ahmedabad to Vadora to catch a flight, just to find that Airport opens at 5am. This was the nearest hotel. When asked for a room staff said the hotel was sold out.. when asked if we could use the restroom and sofa to sit for some time the staff said its not allowed and we should leave.”
