“The owner failed to notify and cancel our reservation until 6PM when we called, and emailed to ask how to get in. After a back and forth we were told we were pompous and to essentially "figure it out yourselves" when asking for another accommodation or where to find a place to stay. Unfortunately we never spoke to the owner, just got text emails back and forth. Would not suggest this experience.”
