The rooms were a nice size, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, as well. Service everywhere was excellent, and the food at the restaurant was stellar for both breakfast and dinner.”

“Fantastic experience as a Globalist. Welcomed to a ready room upgrade to a studio suite at 10 AM. They also provided cookies (super tasty), and drink vouchers for use for cocktails at the bar. The dinner appetizers and drinks were fantastic. The rooms are arranged bungalow style where they are grouped in sets of 3 or 4 rooms. Each has a unique vibe with a piece of furniture and color coded to your location at the resort. You are able to park next to your room which is a big plus, and they provide a one-way house car (large suburban) to take you to downtown Scottsdale. Didn’t get to try out the pool because I decided to go on an atv trip during the day of my stay. The in room service was fantastic as they replaced the complimentary snacks/ drinks as needed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Definitely will be back.”

“We stayed here for two nights on our way from Europe to Mexico. Its a really nice hotel, bright, modern design, pleasant rooms, clean and very well located. Loved the glass bottle in the room that you can fill with filtered water, instead of all the plastic bottles you would normally get. The roof top bar is a nice extra bonus. The only think I'd say could drastically improve is the (non existent) service at breakfast.”

The room walls and ceiling were not sound proof, barely sound restricting. Was going to award 2 stars, because staff at check-in was nice. But the woman at check out was not pleasant. This was my first and definitely last time at a Hilton property. Recommend stay elsewhere, there are many more, and better options in the area.”

“Recently spent 5 weeks here. Overall, wonderful place. Everything was wonderful "except" during my visit hot water was an ongoing problem. Believe they were awaiting a part for repair. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms were clean. I slept very well. Location is safe. Well lit parking lot. Was promised 5,000 Hilton points upon checkout for "hot water" inconvenience. Haven't seen those points yet. Recommend staying here.”

“This was one of the most difficult hotel stays that I’ve ever had and it was for only one night!! Upon initial arrival which was after midnight, it took at least 25-30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to pick me up to take me to the hotel. Then at 5:30 AM the smoke detector battery was low and started buzzing. Then to top things off, I had briefly left the hotel to go pick up a rental and came back, only unable to enter into my room because of the locking mechanism malfunctioning. They were able to get a hanger to open the door. I got back in my room and needed to use the bathroom, and to gather the rest of my things up. While doing so, one of the cleaning ladies decided to come in prior to me being fully checked out of the hotel to start cleaning while I was using the restroom!! The breakfast itself was decent, but for my one night stay, I only give this location 1 out of 5 stars!!”

Breakfast never felt cheap which is a hit and a miss with Holiday Inns, the breakfasts are all the same at the locations but the bacon can look cheap this one always had good lookin bacon! This location is right next to the heart of downtown and has great access to everything you could need within a short distance. Tim at the front counter was always professional and kind, he made sure we did not feel like just another guest. It was really cool that a guest came in to check-in and he addressed her by her name and that is the overall feel you get from this place.”

We were in town for a Ravens game and even the drive from the hotel to State Farm Stadium was a breeze! “We traveled from San Francisco in hotels of the same category, and so far, this is the best one we’ve stayed in. The lady who checked us in, her name was Paula, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant scent, and there was always a coffee and tea corner that you could use all day. The included breakfast was excellent and quite varied, with a waffle maker. In the evening, near the entrance, there were fresh cookies to enjoy. The hot tub and pool were open until 10 PM. Additionally, there was free EV charging available.”

“I checked in on the 11/05/23 and went to my classes for 2 days. Came back last night to get in my room, and your facility checked me automatically out. I'm guessing because I had only a few items in the room. Mind you, I was booked til the 11/09/23. I'm glad that I had grabbed the replaceable valuable, which was $2000, and that deals with my health. But the irreplaceable item that has Sentimental value It can not be replaced. Cause it was handmade by my fiance, which also helped me for my health she spent weeks on this item, and I want this back. The only reason I left this was because it was wet, and I'd figure to let it dry because I was coming back(it helps me with managing my back pain. when I check out, I got to the front desk and check out. After this encounterment I'll never stay at a 4 Point Sheraton or Sheraton hotel again.”
