Our group had a number of challenges with weather and airtravel plans and we had to adjust our stays a number of times. Also, the gym is an important feature for me when I travel and their gym is clean, modern, and well kept.”

“My reservation was booked as a part of a group and I did not get the room type I requested. I arrived in the middle of the night and Jonathan was super-friendly and instrumental in contacting the manager about my concerns. This meant alot to me because his assistance was not required, as the room selection oversight was not due to any error by the hotel. He was pretty hopeful things would work out in my favor as he was going to leave a very detailed message for the manager. I was requesting a room change during a very busy/sold out weekend. The next morning before I could wake-up good, Charlene called to further assist with the change....and when she called she even offered me a selection with the room types. This type of customer service and attentiveness made me feel special and appreciated as a Hilton Rewards Member. It made for a great trip! Special thanks also to Manager Ashley who approved and finalized my move. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was extremely polite and had a willingness to make our stay pleasant. And the breakfast was very tasty and fulfilling. I definitely plan on staying at this hotel again. :)”

“I just love this hotel, staff, rooms and location. They truly treat you like family. I appreciate Jahfrica who worked at the front desk during most of my lastest stay February 11-14, 2024. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and to make sure that I was well taken care of. In addition, during my stay I also had great customer service from Rachel, Ingrid and Tim, the General Manager. In addition, my room was very clean, a great size and the bed was so comfortable... The free hot breakfast was delicious and had a great variety for all. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I plan on staying there the next time I travel.”

“We stayed at this hotel recently, and typically always love the experience at Residence Inn. This hotel is in need of an OVERHAUL. The significant issues are 1. unreasonable parking fees at $30.00. This speaks volumes and absolutely should be reduced if not deleted. 2. Hot water is not sustainable over 5 minutes, only after letting the water run for 10 minutes to get warm. 3. The furnishings are dated and unfortunately in my room....stained and dirty. This is in no way a reflection on the cleaning staff. My room was very clean and just in need of a renovation. The location is great, but unless you need a residence inn, I would look elsewhere.”

“Was called today of coming in to be told they are having construction done and that the elevators were not working which is understandable they were going to accommodate us and put us on the first floor when we got there after traveling five hours the first room they gave us dirty, wasn’t even clean second room they gave us dirty, wasn’t clean I don’t recommend anybody staying here until they’re construction done I will schedule to stay here on my way back from Orlando. I’ve already canceled that reservation and booked it at another Hilton property. Very disappointed.”

“We have stayed at this location for the past ten years or so and this will most likely be our last. When we get into the room the bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. The mini fridge was not working. A lot of the decor is now old and rusty. We ended up being moved to a new room but it was just a frustrating experience.”
