“Very kind staff and a beautiful boutique hotel. Centrally located. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are very elegant. The staff was very accommodating with any of my questions and they went above and beyond with a pleasant smile. Laura was particularly helpful. I also enjoyed my dinner at the restaurant very much.”

“A wonderful location with fabulous views of the beautiful city of Albi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quite cozy despite being predominantly a business hotel. The building makes the most of the beautiful old building and its fabulous position next to the river. Rooms are comfortable without being luxurious. Good meeting rooms with reasonable facilities.”

“We stayed here several years ago. It is a small, pet friendly hotel with a courteous helpful staff. The rooms are not fancy, but clean and nicely stocked. We ate breakfasts there every day and they were great. The wisteria in the courtyard was beautiful when we were there in the spring of 2017 (April 10 to April 13). We also had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant one night. This village is a hidden gem and needs to be seen. The views from the village into the valley below are unbelievable when there is fog. Plan on exploring on foot.”

“Very quiet location and pleasant welcome from the lady on reception. Big room, nicely decorated (except the metal chairs!) Kitchenette would be useful for a longer stay but we didn't use it. No restaurant but breakfast available to pre-order. Excellent shower and mattress. Recommended.”

“That’s a nice affordable hotel. But I noticed two things that made us a bit sad. The installed heating system was broken but the staff helped quickly and provided us with a portable heating. Then I’d say that breakfast could have more options of hot meals. But it’s still very delicious. If you want to spent some time in Albi, it’s a great place to stay.”

“An ok campsite next to an amazing lake the toilets and washroom were kept clean and in good working order . The other facilities need work the pool and restaurant are not big enough for the number of people the park accomodates .The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the planned events Yoga, live music , Disco all very good. The biggest problem was the lack of respect from other campers particularly groups of young men making noise till four or five o clock in the morning and that does need addressing”
