“This was our first time staying at a KOA campground. Not knowing what to expect we were extremely happy after tent camping for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. Staff were all so helpful and nice. Store was stocked with everything you can forget, treats and souvenirs. Restrooms were large and clean. Playgrounds were great for the kids. Tons of activities throughout the weekend. We stayed on Site T-30, and was a great size. We had a 9 person tent, screen room, 2 vehicles and everything needed to cook and enjoy the fire ring.”

“Stayed for one night with a one year old. We didn't book a suite but received a room that had an extra little sitting area, which was perfect for putting our one year old in his pack and play to sleep (which was provided by the hotel). Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. There's a little plaza with a couple restaurants that is super walkable- just a quick breeze through the parking lot. Breakfast in the morning was very busy as it seemed a soccer team was staying over, so the tables were packed when we got there. An employee saw me struggling to get breakfast for our one year and carry around a high chair, and stepped in and helped me. She showed me to the empty conference room where we could eat and insisted on carrying the high chair. She checked in several times to see if she could get us anything, and ended up bringing our baby a banana. Her kindness was so refreshing and appreciated. I wish I had caught her name, but she had a long blonde ponytail- thank you for going above and beyond for us! We had an excellent stay, but, just two suggestions to make the service extra superb: I wish that the hotel carried sheets the size of the pack and play. When we asked for a sheet, they gave us a bed sheet which we had to wrap around the pack and play mattress, which isn't sleep safe for a baby. Secondly, I phoned the hotel ahead of time (the day before) to let them know we would be needing a pack and play. They said that they are available and to let them know when we checked in. At check in, we let them know and they brought one up, but, it would have been extra convenient if it were just already ready to go in the room seeing that we called ahead. All in all, worth the stay! Thank you Hampton Inn Lancaster!”

“Usually stay here when seeing a show at Dutch Apple dinner theater. Rooms are usually very quiet. The beds are comfortable and room is very clean. Bathrooms are small but efficient. I like the grab bar in the shower and the small fridge/freezer combo in the room. I also like the outlets in the bedside lamp for plugging in my cpap and phone charger. Don't care for their breakfast buffet. I would rather have table service. They're doing some renovations on their check-in desk area and have that entrance blocked presently, which makes walking back from the show a little inconvenient. Also, I don't like how the price varies so greatly from one time to another.”

“I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Instead of trying to find someone to watch our dog for a night when our families aren’t nearby, we wanted to bring her with us while visiting Field of Screams. This hotel was so welcoming and pet friendly and even gave us a bag of treats for her. She’s a little nervous, so it was a great setup to be able to go from the elevator almost directly outside without taking her through a busy lobby. The room was modern and very clean with a wonderful kitchenette. Fast check in and out using the app. Great location close to a lot of things and easy parking! This is the face of a very satisfied customer - and her parents, too. Looking forward to staying here any time we visit Lancaster and will be looking at Home2 Suites in other locations when traveling.”

“Room was immaculately clean, even the space between the mattresses. Hotel looks newer and lobby was nice. They have the best Snack pantry I’ve ever seen. There were organic and healthy options In addition to all the regular junk food normally offered. It’s centrally located. Close to Sight and sound theater. I would definitely recommend the restaurant Agape For dinner and the pancake Farm for breakfast.”

“Well after many many years of staying at the same place for our annual family trip, we decided to move on. This was our first stay here but will not be our last! Everything was perfect starting with an easy check-in with a very nice employee. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was an excellent grab-and-go breakfast. We loved having coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water available in the lobby all day and night. My son enjoyed the free popcorn and the indoor pool. And such a perfect location - you can't ask for much more. We can't wait to return on our next trip, thank you so much.”

“This is where we stay every time we're in Lancaster, even though we're in town for business in Quarryville. There are certainly closer hotels to Quarryville, but none of them are nearly as nice. I have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities, so we really appreciate the large, well appointed kitchen where we can cook all our meals. The hotel also overlooks a Wegmans and there's plenty of good fast food nearby. And they have coffee and water for tea in the lobby, so you don't have to use the small coffee maker in the room. It costs a little more than other hotels, but it's worth it. The staff are helpful and kind, the rooms are clean, and we've always enjoyed a quiet stay; the walls seem to be well insulated. It's also in a safe neighborhood. We'll continue to stay here as long as we have business in Quarryville.”

“Needed a place last minute due to a plumbing issue at our house and since we have been to the nook many times we always wanted to give the hotel a visit but while being local it never made sense. The restaurant was close but previous visits it is pretty good and not overly priced. The decor of the hotel is very nice and upon first entry into your room before really looking around it looks good. We got their late so for us it was pretty much use rest rooms and get to bed. The beds felt like laying on a hard wood floor almost like they forgot to order the mattress and only had the box springs. If you like hard beds perfect but it was horrible and led to very little sleep. This is really my main reason for the low ranking and the fact the management responds to each post we will let the team know and yet over the years it is still the largest complaint. The other issues with the rooms being worn down is true however you got to figure they house tons of kids each year and many times the coaches and parents don’t give a rats butt and let kids run a muck that is how’s things get damaged and worn out. While the hotel could do better I can see the issue. But the beds did it for me to give low score overall”

“The Fairfield inn was as described by others on Google which is why we choose this location to stay. The hotel is simple but nice not luxurious, rooms were as described and neat and clean and the staff were very helpful and nice... The breakfast was very generous for a motel and they have coffee/tea/hot water 24hrs a day for free in the lobby. They have a mini mart as well with some basics if you would need, but it's situated near lots of stores... Would stay here again and recommend you to we'll.”

“Great hotel with nice size rooms. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The king size bed was a bit high to climb into - especially with a bad hip (for a 5'5" person). But nice and comfy once you were in. The doors make a lot of noise when they close so you hear a lot of door slamming. Most people realize though after the first time and try to close their doors quieter. The breakfast was adequate. I am gluten free and I was able to have boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great place to stay. You are close to a highway, but the traffic noise did not bother me as I had the a.c. unit running and didn't notice the traffic.”
