We carried around many items of luggage and this was no issue for the staff who always wanted to help. Everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and presentable. It felt like a really nice hotel. I was very comfortable thought-out my stay. Amenities like a gym and a pool with a bar. It is in a very good location. With a BTS right out side; a market around the corner. I never felt like I was too far away from everything I wanted to do.”

“Top candidate for our long stay choice! When we stayed at the other hotel last week, they brought it to our attention that this hotel was renovated and offers very nice long residence so we had to look of course. First thing we noticed were the beautifully finished walls with wood veneer creating the right tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms were again well equipped (hair dryer, big 2p bath!). Very impressed by the amazing views from pool and the higher level rooms (see also video taken at sunrise from the 31st floor 2 bedroom we looked at). Plenty of parking and the breakfast was great. This is nice for a business, holiday but for sure also for long stay residence as the area it's located in has plenty of entertainment, shops and food choices. 10/10”

“This hotel was excellent, the rooms were big and spacious and very clean. Amazing service without any issue. Whenever I called for service the things would’ve been there in under 5 minutes (Not food takes around 15-20) minutes. The laundry is really amazing they do it so nice and cleanly but what kills it is the price. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is good and there are halal options but, the food is cold when it’s served at breakfast. The location is kind of tight and there isn’t much space to go around there especially if your on car. In general, this hotel is really good and definitely recommend…”

“I definitely recommend this hotel. Booked this hotel as I heard it’s best to be close to the train station (BTS and MRT I think) and found it to be actually really good. The hotel is based literally right next to the station. You can actually see people going to the station when you’re in the lift. Literally 1 second away. At first they gave us a very very basic room which was ok, average, but after seeing the cleaning lady clean next door I saw how much bigger it was and we asked and got an upgrade. The room was sooo much better, it felt more like a hotel stay. Had everything we needed. The hotel is right on the main street where everything is, Soi Cowboy is literally a 2 minute walk (google says 10 or something). 10 minute walk to Nana Plaza too. Perfect location for everything. The restaurant Indulge was great too, tasty food for a reasonable price. (I’ve left another review on that).”

“The exact location of the hotel is not that great but everything is around the hotel area so it's not a bad option to choose this hotel. This is a budget hotel,so don't expect a luxury experience. It's good enough for a stop over or a short stay. Solo or with friends if you really want to save money, this hotel is not bad actually and I don't mind coming back again if I need to save money and to be out in the city all day long. The windows are nice but it's not a Black out curtains, but over all everything was good. The construction is going on and noise is there for sure”

“Excellent location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Nothing exceptionally fancy, but perfect for an affordable stay in Bangkok. Didn’t try the breakfast because the hotel is so close to Emsphere, which has an incredible food court. 7-11 and ATM right by the entrance, which made getting necessities very easy. Please note that laundry service is very expensive… there’s a place across the street you can go instead if needed. Overall would recommend for anyone staying in Bangkok- we will be back for sure!”

“I booked a stay on booking dot com. Nobody told me they were renovating before I arrived. I tried to stick it out for a few nights but the room they put me in started to stink of paint fumes. I explained the issue and offered me a refund but told me I had to go to booking dot com. I called booking dot com and they told me the hotel has to handle it directly. To date, I haven't been able to get the hotel on the phone. Basically, I feel like I got scammed and that I'm now being given the run around. It wastes my time and it's quite frustrating. I'm disappointed. This could have been an easy solution, but both sides are pointing the finger at each other.”

“You get what you pay for. For the price this hotel is in an excellent location and quiet despite being near the main tourist strip. I’m here for 2-3 weeks and have been here a week. The bed, pillows etc are new and very comfortable. The studio suite I’m in works perfect for a single or couple. Nice kitchen and washing machine. Everything works nicely and a minor issue was immediately fixed. The pool is not heated and very welcome after walking miles in 90 degree heat. The restaurant is surprisingly good and Sing is some sort of manager I think and is a hoot! A 7/11 is nearby and a full service grocery too. My first visit to Bangkok and Asia is off to a great start! I’m here for dental and tourism and so far very pleased with both. I had only booked 3 nights here but was satisfied and booked 13 more nights.”

“Good price for what you get, no kettle but good strong hot shower, clean room , no windows in my room but the view was not why I was there. Staff were great even at silly o clock when I turned up with no booking. Good sleep was had.5 min walk to BTS.”
