“I’ve stayed here twice now and had the same room both times. The room is very nice and spacious. The check in and welcome was good. Breakfast was a bit of a let down this time though. Service was very slow and my Eggs Benedict was served cold and I didn’t have time to send it back for another. The evening bar service was good and the guy behind the bar was good for a chat. Great location for visiting the outlet shopping centre nearby too. It’s only a few minutes walk. Overall a good place to stay.”

“We stayed two nights and enjoyed excellent 4 course surprise dinner and breakfast. Food was absolutely amazing, art on a plate. Staff is extremely friendly and the service is very personal. All in all we had a great stay and we will definitely come back and send our friends to Kasteeltje Hattem as well.”

“Room is clean, new and nice. Receptionist was alright. The hotel parking is not a convenient entrance. The pillows are flattest ever, resulted neck/shoulder pain on us. Breakfast is beautifully presented with great service. Very clean and attentive service! The lady is working hard to refresh the stock and makes it feel homey. However, the capouccino isn't good. There are instant noodles available too.”
