“We travel between Iowa and Texas a few times a year and have tried many hotels in Wichita as a halfway point. We discovered Homewood Suites earlier this year and it is our favorite. The front desk staff is so friendly my kids asked how they knew us and when we became so important. Shout out to Anna for her interactions with them. The hotel is very clean and well appointed, and has extras that our traveling family appreciates. We have used the putting green, basketball court, pool, hot tub, and enjoyed the outdoor patio overlooking the pond. Breakfast has more hot options than you see at a standard hotel breakfast. We also love that it's close to I-35 and within walking distance to restaurants. It's our new favorite place to stay!”

“1st time staying at this hotel. We were able to check in early. When we got to our room, we discovered the TV was not properly working. Broc, at the front desk, came right up and tried to fix it, called maintenance and when it could not be fixed, he promptly moved us into a different room on the 1st floor. His customer service was impeccable! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable! I would recommend staying here!”

“We loved our experience. Despite this hotel being older and in a older commercial area around the airport, we were VERY impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel - top to bottom. Our room had been updated and was very clean! The bonus is the reasonable pet fee compared to many competitors…especially for a one night stay. The front desk staff was friendly, kind and efficient. We will stay here again the next time we pass through.”

The carpets are nasty and the the bathroom door is super close to the bed. The service could definitely be better. Maids were amazing at doing their job! But front desk thought that leaving a folder of company information that should be kept private, was a good idea to be left unattended in the breakfast nook next to all of their own laptop, cell phone, etc., in the breakfast nook. “Amazing stay! The wonderful overnight woman was so kind and funny and helpful! We enjoyed taking the kids to the pool. The room was clean and just big enough! The shower had enough hot water for everyone to shower which was nice! The shower head had water pressure and there were enough pillows on the bed. Which is usually our biggest issue and why we usually bring our own. No need here though! In the morning we had the breakfast! Great selection and very good! The wonderful woman cleaning the dining area saw our son got something on his shoe and cleaned it for him! So kind and unexpected! Will be recommending this location and hotel to anyone we know! Highly recommend!”
