“Very good location in Nimman with reasonable price. I'd stay again if i didn't have to use the gym, pool, or work at the hotel (more on these below). A few downsides: * Internet was spotty throughout the day. It often loses connection for 1-2 minutes every hour or so. It was good when it worked. * Gym was non-existent. It had 2 running machine and a few dumbbells with 10kg being the heaviest. * The pool only has 4 sunbeds without any ways to cover the sun. The hotel was great otherwise. Room was decent and clean. The elevator wait was short. And the service people were great.”

“The rooms at this hotel are lovely and really big - as is the bathroom. The surrounds within the hotel are also really nice (pool etc). Reason for not giving this 5/5 is that the majority of staff are a bit grumpy and have a lack of English (I appreciate I’m in Thailand but it gave us 0 confidence for booking trips etc through the hotel). Secondly the breakfast is really poor. No milk alternatives (strange at a hotel who are marketing themselves above average) and not a great selection on the buffet. Lastly, it is a little out of town but we knew this when booking”

“Victorian style hotel in a quite surroundings and garden view from the pool balcony We liked the atmosphere here and the rich breakfast (although it has mainly asian food). The pillows are not so comfortable and the swimming pool is too cold since no sun comes in”

“We staying in an executive suit for our honeymoon. It was enjoyable and comfortable. The “breakfast included” was a bit expensive and not really our style… we ended up going to other places..but the rest on the menu for lunch/dinner was really good if you wanted to do room service. The front desk was kind enough to tell us there would be construction going on till 10pm which wasn’t really an issue but it ended up going till past 3:30am on one of the days and that really messed with our sleep having our room on road side. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the room was super clean.”

“Sweetest staff Rooms are a good size. Towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and soap supplied. Bring your own face cloth and conditioner, if you need it. Breakfast is adequate. Location is within walking distance to market and old city. Felt safe there.”
