“I did it, you don't! I wrote a comment before but it was removed. I think I wrote too much detail, which is why it was objected to. A place not worth all those kilometers. Although Datça is a must-see place for a short holiday, you can choose a hostel for less money and get friendly service. It is impossible to see even a smiling face here. They don't make eye contact for a glass of water. It's like they're fed up. Everything is a complete fiasco! The business must develop and improve itself in every sense. Maintaining friendliness and hygiene should not be this difficult. The service was already so bad I don't even want to go into detail. We would never choose again.”

“Our only regret was to have stayed for one night only, as Fuda Hotel was so pleasant we did not want to leave. The location is superb, right in front of an immaculate beach with a scenic boardwalk. The hotel owners, a sweet family, were attentive, everything was immaculately clean, breakfast lovingly prepared. We would go anytime again, so should you.”

“It's so hard to write this review because I would like to keep this place to ourselves but I also want to express how grateful I am for their wonderful hospitality, so here it goes: My partner and I adore Datça so we decided to spend the first week of our honeymoon in Flow Datça hotel, which was recommended by a friend. And it's been simply dreamy. When we arrived to the hotel unexpectedly early, after traveling all night, 5 h before the check in time, the hotel responsible took us in, opened a different room and welcomed us with the biggest smile, wishing us happy honeymoon. I will never forget his kindness. These acts of kindness is in the culture of flow hotel. The concept of the hotel and the quality was beyond our expectations. The beach is just a fairy tale with sea daffodils in October. I was warned about the possibility of windy days but during our stay the wind was quiet and the sea was so calm, I couldn't believe it. My partner took a windsurf lesson, and I can imagine earlier in September it could be fantastic to join in the different activities the hotel provides. I won't even describe the lovely breakfast, and 🌮 tacos, which were my favourite, just adding photos here. I've never left a hotel so happy before. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our honeymoon unforgettable. We would like to repeat these 5 days every year on the same dates. Sending lots of love 💕”

“Not being hotel guests, we stayed in the garden twice during our stay in this part of Turkey. There's no fee for beds if you spend at least 250tl per person. The selection criteria seem a bit wishy washy about who can stay where, but they explained having only a limited number of beds for 'the public' to ensure comfort for the hotel guests as well. Prices are really quite fair in general, having been to many beach clubs this season. My expectations for your average beach facing facility regarding their kitchen are usually pretty low. However, to my surprise, the peppersteak and chicken curry were rather excellent. Similarly, the cocktails were tasty. English is challenging for this venue, but just point at the menu, be nice, and you'll be fine. Most of the team will try to help you for sure. Oh, and there's plenty of good parking on-site.”

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail. Speaking of the staff, I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service. They were friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Whether I needed assistance with recommendations, directions, or any other query, they were more than willing to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude truly made me feel at home. One of the standout features of Hotel Doada is its convenient lift, which was greatly appreciated, especially when carrying luggage. The presence of air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, providing a cool and comfortable atmosphere to relax in after exploring the city. While the hotel may not offer breathtaking views of the harbor, its location more than made up for it. Within a short 3-minute walk, I had easy access to a myriad of restaurants, cafes, bars, and beaches. This prime location truly made me feel like I was at the heart of the city, with everything I needed just steps away. In conclusion, I highly recommend Hotel Doada for anyone visiting Datca. The super clean rooms, helpful staff, convenient lift, and the hotel’s ideal location near various amenities made my stay truly exceptional. I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Doada again without hesitation.”

“We found Kalina hotel on the internet and went in mid-September. We were welcomed with Ms. Arzu's smiling face and warmth. We stayed in a villa type room, the rooms were spotless, the breakfasts by the pool were nice, and the dinners were also great. Kadri Bey's separate attention Every morning and evening they asked for requests and wishes, it was a nice and respectful environment like a family. It was more beautiful than the pictures on the internet, it is 300 meters away from the sea, not far, you can walk close to it. The sea was clean and shallow, only sunbeds and umbrellas are paid, another business is interested in them, everything was very nice, thank you KALINA hotel, I hope If we are lucky, we will come in September 2024.”

“The room had a good size and comfy beds, except for the fact that there was no balcony to dry wet towels after going to the beach. Also, there is a constant bad smell in the hallway. It took 3 days of Air conditioning and open windows to get rid of this smell from our room. The location is just at the beginning of the old town which makes it easy to reach everywhere, BUT the hotel does not provide any parking which means you have to battle with all the other cars which want to park as well. Especially starting from late afternoon it is really tricky to find a parking spot around. The staff was cold, uninviting and obviously not local. They obviously prefer to chill on their chairs rather than chatting up with the customer and give tips or the like. Not even a good morning or welcome back was coming from them. Also during check-in, no information or tips were given. Before the check-out, the credit card was silently billed WITHOUT asking if we want to use a different payment method or asked if everything was alright. The invoice was hesitantly sent to the private mail upon request, but the staff (Mr. Ümit) was unable to send the bill until I had to send it to myself. Now to the biggest problem: breakfast. It was bland and not tasty with cheapest ingredients sourced from supermarkets while locals were selling really fresh and tasty produce to a good price. Competitors had a much better breakfast which we gladly enjoyed over the hotel breakfast. On top of that, we were served MOLDY CHEESE and ROTTEN GREENS. The attached pictures were not altered and the moldy parts were clearly visible. No reasonable person would have served this. Also, nobody apologized to us; neither that day, nor when checking out. On top of that, we were rudely told to NOT FEED THE STRAY CATS and Mr. Ümit threatened to harm the animals and get rid of them. Overall, we would NOT RECCOMEND this place to anyone and the overall rating of this place was clearly attributed to the PREVIOUS OWNERS who seemed to have done a better job. There are way better alternatives around old town.”
