“The food here is not only delicious, the portion sizes are absolutely wack. On the menu, everything looks a tad pricey compared to other eateries in Bruck, but once you see the portions... Well let's just say that the value here is unbeatable. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, and despite the place being quite busy (including a pretty large birthday party), we didn't have to wait too long for service. The staff were friendly and quite chill, the food was very quick, and the experience overall was really good. Towards dhe end of our meal, the waitress brought us a bag to pack our leftovers in without us even asking which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely stopping by here again any time I'm close to Bruck!”

“On the plus side, there’s lots of opportunities for kids to have fun and parents to relax. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decent food, friendly and helpful staff, willing to go the extra mile to assist. Kitchen and restaurant staff ready to accommodate individual requests or at least to try. Big enough pool for kids to enjoy, there’s a baby pool as well. Beautiful location, easily accessible. On the minus, some of the facilities/appliances could use an update. For instance, the baby chairs in the restaurant- some are unstable, the safety straps are missing. English might be a challenge for some of the members of the staff which may lead to misunderstandings and the need to double check the information (such as for different activities where a registration is necessary). However, everyone seems to always be willing to assist the customer. No elevator which can be a bit tricky if your room is on the second floor. The mountain view makes up for the inconvenience though.”

This ia not your luxury 5 star hotel but your country side hotel where everybody knows your name. They understand customer service and have delicious food.”

“The hotel is fine and for the price we paid provided what we expected. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is lovely and trying hard but the place was clearly understaffed over a very busy period. The elevator was broken on and off for a good part of our stay and there was no help offered on getting heavy luggage up the stairs. The food is really ambitious but falls a tad short in execution. A simpler menu may have been a better option. Breakfast buffet was generous and varied and a highlight of the stay. The claim to have a shuttle to the ski area but you have to order it 24 hours in advance so we ended up walking back and forth from the ski lifts. On the plus side the views are spectacular and gorgeous! If you’re looking for something reasonably cheap and simple and don’t expect fancy this is probably a good option.”

“The hotel has very good service and an excellent restaurant in a small and cozy town square. Breakfest is very good also! Wifi was not fast but at least was stable. The rooms are nicely spaceous and comfy (no fridge though) but the bed matress was too soft and I literally sank in it - with my 89kg - which was uncomfortable a not good for my back. Nevertheless, an overall reccomendation!”
