“The Hotel Vermont is a modern and clean hotel located in the center of Burlington. The staff is friendly, and the Juniper restaurant and bar are conveniently located inside the hotel. Although there are no discounts for hotel patrons, the food is amazing albeit expensive. The rooms are also very nice. However, the location across from the courthouse and jail raises questions about safety as there are no security cameras on the guest floor levels. Nonetheless, the front desk has staff present for most of the day, which provides a sense of security. Overall, The Hotel Vermont is a lovely place to stay.”

“Overall a good stay!! The reception desk was very helpful and nice!! The rooms were clean and big (got a king suite)! The pool was a bit disappointing because it was green looking but the jacuzzi was good. The fitness center was super small unfortunately….:/ the location is good though, only about 10 minutes from downtown and I loved the lobby it had a very homey welcoming feel to it! The breakfast was okay. The eggs were yummy and hash browns were decent but nothing too special.”

“Very nice hotel in a convenient part of downtown. The common areas are modern, clean and hip. Our room (421) is spacious, clean and has a somewhat nice angled view of the lake and NY mountains. The valet & reception staff were very nice, courteous and professional. Very happy with the hotel. The fitness room is small but adequate. Can't wait to checkout the indoor pool after dinner, which is a nice amenity after a long day of travel and events. Forgot what I paid, but remember it was extremely affordable; especially compared to Portland ME or Boston.”

“Had a great stay here. The staff was great. Amanda and Carrie were especially great. But there wasn’t any employee that wasn’t kind and courteous, to be honest. The room was great. I truly appreciate a comfy bed with great pillows that are the correct size for the bed. We enjoyed the nice large hot tub. And the free breakfast in the morning was very good. There is a great Italian restaurant right next door that is outstanding.”
