“Stayed here before a cruise. They room was great. They only thing is, we rented this room with the ceiling fan because we both prefer a breeze at night when sleeping. However the fan was not on, there was no batteries in the room that was attached to the wall for the fan. Messaged the front desk about it and they said someone would bring batteries. They never showed up and we finally gave up and just toughed it out. The hotel front desk ladies was really nice when checking in and answered questions we had. Breakfast was good, several things was out due to the crowd but understandable for a small breakfast before heading out for the day. Would stay here again if in the area.”

“It says every room has an ocean view but you can't see anything from the second floor. Nothing but vegetation and trees. The bed is horribly uncomfortable and the toilets are outdated and barely flush. I think 2 stars is very generous considering the false advertising and overpriced room. The only saving grace for this place is that it is spacious and on the beach. That's the two stars, otherwise it would be zero. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! If you're going to spend $280 a night, go to holiday Inn for a better room.”

“Really wish I could give a better rating. The hotel was very nice in a good location. The weather was not the best but they definitely accommodated everybody with having outside drinking area. The breakfast was very good. Great choices between the two locations. The only downfall was we paid a decent amount of money for a room with a pull out bed. It was quite disappointing that when we asked for the bed to be made, we were handed a package of sheets and said we could make it ourselves. Sort of like we were in a college dorm. Definitely should be a little more consideration for the customer”

“This was the perfect hotel that was close to the space center. The staff was extremely friendly. The front desk attendant recommended a great restaurant for dinner, and the maintenance man in the gold truck was jumping someone’s car in the parking lot. That to me says a lot. I appreciated the gentleman at the desk at check out as well as the other employees we saw there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the space center for the weekend!”

“This hotel was easy to find and convient to book. The price was good. The room was a good size, t.v. was small but expected. A bit difficult to get on the wifi so I stop trying. The bathroom amentities were good and love the fridge in the room. The pull out couch needs to be replaced the mattress was horrible and they didnt have any linen in the room for it. Please replace the couch, we needed the 3rd bed and it was horrible. Overall the staff was friendly and took our pictures in front of the beautiful christmas tree. I would stay again when in Fl from S.C. Thanks.”

“The room was nice enough and comfortable. Not sure why they have bare concrete columns with chunks of plaster running through the rooms? Service was good, but be aware of valet only parking at a significant price. So some hidden fees. (update based on owner reply: the fees are there on the web page, just not overly apparent...especially for something as basic as parking) The biggest issue for people might be the noise....not an issue for me, but yes you will hear trains all night (and I mean all night) that also blow their horns all the time (one evening one must have blown the horn every 100ft). Not sure why they have to do that so much. And then the traffic noise in the morning. It is not a quiet location/rooms. You can also hear your neighbors to some degree.”

“Hotel was undergoing major renovation in November, entire first floor. Lot of construction dust. They were managing it well. Room on second floor was acceptable and clean. Major issue was the shuttle to the cruise port. When I made the reservation, I was not told about the fee. Nor when I actually took the shuttle the next morning. The fee was somewhat reasonable, but they should have told me in advance. Walking distance to Avis as well as restaurant next door.”

“I have stayed at many hotel for business and family event throughout the years. This place ranks very low. Let’s start, I arrived no one was at the front desk. A house keeping staff member was very kind to find the clerk for me. Several minutes later he arrives and apologizes for making wait was is professional and acceptable. I provided him my ID and here is when things began to get interesting. He began to give me this story that the rate that was confirmed online had to be raised up $40.00 and blamed the website. That poor business and lack of accountability. Then the guest relations takes it a step further to switch the blame to the customer and they don’t take the time to fact check what the customer is saying. Then I was given a king bed instead of a room with two beds. At this point I had my family and we just stayed in the room because we were exhausted and didn’t wanted the additional aggravation. The floors in the room was so dirty that when I walked barefoot the bottom of my feet turned black. The bathroom door would not lock and there was hair in the bathroom tub drain catch. The building has patch work that looks like my 5 year old did the work.. The elevator smells like hot hydraulic fluid. The walls of the elevator were damaged and chipped. The breakfast availability is not a part of your stay but yet they mention there is breakfast and leave it at that. There is a bar but they did not mention that there are adult beverages. I’m being sarcastic but you understand what I’m saying. A business should be transparent and professional. If the customer is incorrect, educate them. Help them feel wanted, valued and welcomed. Well going to the room, again patch work which I took the liberty to photograph, the shower was cracked with caulking sealing it. The bed felt like I was in a jump park. Very uncomfortable and it made spring noises every time you move. The room was quiet which was nice and the AC cooled the room very fast. I felt that I paid for a stay that was not worth the cost. I my family and I are extremely disappointed. Room 504 WR”

“So far my overall stY has been fantastic. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The fact Sarah remembered who I was just from chatting on the phone was amazing 👏. The breakfast is fresh and a great selection, the coffee at breakfast is not the best but it's free hot and has caffeine so that is a plus in my book. The room is spacious and modern, there are a few cleaning items that I felt could have been better. The tv was very dusty with I think had pet hair on and a dirty face towel under the bathroom vanity but nothing to send anyone running away. The hallway noise can be heard very clearly into your room, if you are a light sleeper maybe not ideal for you but for my stay it didn't bother me I mean it's hotel with other people lol. Lastly the location is ideal, close to the highway and alot of places to eat and visit nearby!”
