“Lovely hotel maybe 10 min outside Pesaro town center. Gorgeous grounds with a maze of gardens and statuary everywhere. Beautiful pool area. Pretty much everyone spoke enough English. Hotel staff at desk were so nice and helpful. Wait staff was excellent. Room was a little stark and did not have many drawers to unpack. That said, we were comfortable. Breakfast included although not much for my tastes...good croissants and hard boiled eggs. Scrambled eggs very uncooked for my taste. Coffee was hit and miss...one day strong, next weak. Lovely, relaxing breakfast room. No restaurant on premises. There was one in walking distance but food was fair. Pizza was good. Lovely garden patio front and back.”

“Big bed, confortable and always everything so clean. As I was staying for a fortnight it was important to feel so well looked after and they even put an electric kettle in my room so I could make my tea before bed. The staff were 5 stars. Breakfast very good and Annamaria was a sweetheart and very patient. The view was amazing. 😍”

“Highly recommended place to stay. Amazing seaview rooms. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Reasonable Covid-measures. But it is the staff who makes the hotel truly special and extraordinary. We couldn’t ask anything they didn’t try to help with. After the first 4 booked nights, we extended our stay and spent 11 nights in the hotel all together. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. I had an interview during our stay, and the kind receptionists made everything they could to make my situation easier. Appreciated. :) Good Wifi, had no connection issues, even during the video interview. Lots of staff members speak well English and German, too.”

“This is our 4th time in this hotel. Previous 3 times was PERFECT. But not this time. I do not know what has happened to them (CLIPPER). This year we have booked again over their web page. Best price they said....maybe we got best price but the room was very small without central air conditioning, Instead of central air conditioning we've had standard climatic conditioner like in private houses which was stinking so much that we didn't want to use it. In the same time outside noise was not letting us to sleep with open balcony door. Bathroom had poor ventilation. There were not enough space for cloth in the closets. For the price payed I can not give more than 2 stars. The stuff was cleaning the room every day, and the room were very clean 5+. Breakfast was barley 4 stars, I would give 3 but they served us with good coffee and staff worked hard and were friendly and helpful . During previous years breakfast was 5+. Service was excellent as before. Front desk 24/7 with very polite and attentive stuff. They put themselves at the service of guests to the maximum, invest in meeting special requests. Location 4 stars because of lot of noise during whole night, but beside that, it is close to beach and restaurants 10 min from old town center. We will be back in Pesaro, but not sue for the Clipper.”

“The hotel is on the furthest end of the beach away from the city center. The superior room we had is right at the front with a good view of the beach. That is the only good thing about it; the room is quite old, not very clean. The bathroom is small. The wall is so thin, you can easily wake up at night due to noises from others on the same floor. The bed and pilows are not really of good quality. Furnitures are dated and not very clean either; doors and drawers are occasionally jamed. The hotel also has a trap for you by putting two small bottles of water in the fridge without saying that they are chargeable! Upon checking out they charge 2.5 EUR per bottle for that!”

“Beautiful Italian agriturismo nelle Marche region. Rooms relatively small, but clean and modern. Food was excellent and well priced. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here and all meals were excellent with attentive staff. Enjoyed relaxing poolside. Not much in the vicinity. Small town of Fossombrone is about 15mins away and 30mins from Urbino, so could be a good option for those visiting Urbino for the day, without paying Urbino hotel prices.”
