“Stayed here for a few weeks for a work trip and was always greeted by friendly staff. Room was always cleaned and with fresh towels, bedding, and clean dishes. Hotel was quiet and not uncomfortably busy. Front desk always smiling and friendly especially the one guy at nights he was always friendly and talkative. Great stories and conversation but also helpful! Deserves a raise! Cleaning crew was very thorough and it's very much appreciated! Only complaint could of been limited options for microwavable breakfast but only near the end of the stay did that get old. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for the warm welcome”

“Convenient location right off 114 and Kimball next to a gas station. Plenty of parking even though the hotel was busy. Check in was quick especially for a Saturday. Very nice hotel at an affordable rate. Standard king room was about $110 with taxes. The hotel was decorated nicely for the Christmas and holiday season. There’s a lounge/waiting area to the right once you walk in. A huge bar in the downstairs lobby area that also has two restrooms that are a great size. Outdoor patio area is nice and so spacious. There’s a modern fire pit, corn hole, the pool, and a nice cushioned outdoor couch to relax at. My room was very nice and I loved the modern shower. The restroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, a makeup towel, and plenty of towels. The room had a fully stocked coffee bar and 2 bottles of Evian water ($5 each.) Although it was chilly outside, I did utilize the AC which worked great! The hotel is updated, quiet, and service was great. Upon checking out, the staff was kind enough to offer a to go water/refreshment. This is a good hotel for singles or families. I would stay here again!”

Free breakfast was a disappointment, got there about 8:30(ends at 9)and there were only 2 biscuits but lots of gravy, eggs all gone, only 2 sausage patties left, 2 coffee decanters were empty. No breakfast onsite, but places within walking distance. Rooms were decent. Quiet hotel. Bed was comfortable. European style bathroom was nice. “Just finished a ten day stay so we could host holiday guests in our home. Location was perfect as it was close to our home but also across the street from the mall, we took advantage of that and got some early morning shopping done. While the rooms could use some updates, the staff and service make up for it. I had one issue during my stay and Gege handled it quickly and made up for the issue. I didn’t get the names of the other staff but everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. Breakfast had ample of choices.”

Broke out the window, damaged the trim. $2000+. Police told us it was not a good area, and that they have had a lot of trouble with vandalism and theft. We wont be staying here anymore. Irony is, they have an underground parking area-The staff new I had parked outside when I checked in - never told me about it. Security guard and police were helpful - too little too late. Asked the staff if they would be gracious enough to comp the room for the trouble. They gave me the old "Legally.....No". We came with 2 others who had their own rooms- not like the hotel was going to lose a lot of $$$.”

I liked that checkout was noon instead of 11:00 like most hotels. Free "social hour" with some snacks plus wine a few nights a week was nice. Blackout curtains work great! I joined IHG and got a good rate. I stayed three nights in a one-bedroom suite during Thanksgiving week, and my final total, after taxes and everything, was right at $400. I was very happy with my stay.”

The pool was heated which was great..tho the tile used for the flooring around the pool was a bad choice and was very slippery... Not safe to walk on after it got wet. The restaurant is a joke. Super expensive for the "buffet" no hot things on it just a few slices of toast and a bagel, some juice and cereal to choose from on it. The pay ticket said continental breakfast which is where I find the joke. Other than that a very clean and nice place to stay I just wouldn't eat breakfast there again”

“I would give it zero star, they have cockroaches, the floor carpets are nasty and smelly. They will give you a room with train noises and can't control the temperature. They told me that they shampooed the carpet and sprayed for cockroaches without doing it. Their housekeepers make noises all day long and didn't even clean the bathroom floor sometimes. They said they change all the sheets including blankets once a week but I am not sure how they put uncleaned blanket. I feel itchy on the bed. Update: (They keep the same blanket from previous guests unless you watch how they do the cleaning and ask immediately. That's unacceptable. ) This hotel ruined the Marriott brand, and it shouldn't be a 3 stars hotel. They need deep cleaning the whole hotel and give the service guests deserve.”

“The good: The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The handicapped accessible room was enormous. There was an excellent desk with chargers and a desk lamp. The bad: A handicapped accessible room should not have a platform bed. My husband could not get down onto the bed or up from the bed without assistance, because it was maybe a foot and a half off the floor. It was also incredibly soft, which didn't help. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The breakfast is a separate charge and was just a continental breakfast. It was very dark in the room. There was only one sweetener in each of the coffee packets for the in-room coffee.”
