It is a friendly and well maintained hotel with a very nice and cozy atmosphere. The staff was always nice and friendly, and helped you with any question. Even though communication in English was sometimes not so easy, they always found a way to communicate with each other. When we asked where to eat in the area, we got some good tips that were away from the typical tourist spots. Our week here was a complete success.”

“Awesome! Just awesome experience. This location is full of history and it takes you back in time with it's architecture, paintings but also the stories surounding this Villa. We had the pleasure to see the real piano where Traviata was finished and perfected also this Villa was the rest spot for American president Ronald Reagan who landed with his helicopter on the lawn. He had a very peculiar demand, to sleep in his very own American bed. He had it flown from America, specially for this night. The rest of the story I will let you find out from the hosts. We was welcomed to stay for as long as we wished so we did stay for 3-4 hours and ate great food and beautiful wine. “Perfect hidden gem in the centre of Conegliano. Small but quaint boutique hotel offering bed and breakfast in a perfect location for visiting Venice and surrounding areas. The rooms are small but very clean and with everything that one requires. The only thing missing was a coffee/kettle to have a night cap of coffee/tea in your room but the hotel bar provided whatever you needed regardless. Breakfast had lots of choices from delicious continental buffet to abundant hot food. Plenty of choices and plenty of juices and hot drinks(coffee/cappuccino) made on order! Reception is small, but very welcoming and cosy. Staff from the reception, cleaners, bar and breakfast were extremely friendly and courteous. This gem is ideal for a family to use as a base for visiting Venice, for a couple looking for a romantic break away or for a business trip to park yourself in and work to and from venues. This is my second time visiting here after 5 years and like the previous visit… it was as perfect as when I left it! Bravi and Grazie to the amazing staff and owners.”

Room had air-conditioning, room not 5 stars as mattress needs upgrading to memory foam, as do pillows, as I found it hard to get to sleep due to the hard mattress and thin hard pillows. “Overall, we did not have a good experience at this hotel and would not recommend. Pros: The rooms were clean and modern and the breakfast has great allergen friendly options (gluten free, etc.). Parking was ample and free. Issues: The hotel’s restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay and there is really nothing much else walkable from the hotel that is open (no bars, cafes, etc.). The pool and spa were also closed during our stay. The hotel only offered wine tours and other bookings via a third party company. We had to do the research to find wineries, spa, etc on our own. We were given restaurant recommendations from the hotel staff that were not valid - one wasn’t open that day and the other was just completely closed for the week. Finally an issue at check in by the hotel staff left us unnecessarily paying for an extra night (only 120 euros but the constant follow ups throughout made for a stressful stay). Hyatt did agree the issues we experienced were hotel staff related and proactively provided us with some points offsetting the additional cost and for the difficulties and wasted time dealing with the hotel staff. Ideally, I’d just look for another hotel in a slightly busier nearby town. If you do stay, I’d recommend booking via the cheapest third party website. They had 20-30% lower prices than booking with the hotel direct, SLH or Hyatt for our stay and the extra $$ spent wasn’t of help when issues arose.”
