“We had an excellent stay there in Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling, Sikkim. All Staff members were courteous and very helpful. Rooms had amazing Kanchenjunga Mountain range view, you can also see the glowing mountains after sunrise right from the hotel balcony. Food was very tasty, if you want any alterations done in the printed food, they did that too for us. Would really like to stay there again whenever we go next. Location is great, just in the middle of the Pelling. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists going there.”

“The Hotel seemed to have great views. But there are different types of rooms. Most rooms face the Mount Kanchenjunga side. But from rooms below the road level, especially the lower most level (500s), the view is likely to be partially obstructed by trees. Cats may easily come to balcony as that is near a tin shade (Room 502). There are a few (probably two) rooms which face the other side (not Mount Kanchenjunga). Two rooms have Toilets with large glass (not frosted glass) windows facing the roadside / helipad (now the ropeway is under construction). Though curtains are there. We should have checked the rooms well in advance. Please check the timings and other details from the hotel, more so for too early/late check in/check out or if something wants to stay outside after 9pm. However the room was spacious and well decorated. Adequate furniture and charging points were there. Service was good. Next time, I would like to call them over phone to check the location of the room being booked.”

“Good rooms with a huge washroom. You will get Bengali food options available. You can get a good view from the balcony only. The view from the view room is partially blocked. The balcony view is too good you can get a clear view of the whole mountain range. All the staff are helpful other than the manager. There is no store or anything near the hotel. You need to walk for 5-10 mins to get a store. They will insist you to book their own car to travel, which is a bit sketchy as they offer much higher prices.”
