“The lift hasn't been working for atleast 3 days. We had to change the stay of our guest at the last moment. When I went there to book the room before 3 days, the lift was not working so I took the stairs along with the attendant and saw the rooms which were good. When I asked about the lift, they promised me that it will be fixed the same day, but that was not the case. The rooms were good. I saw a single room and a double room. The location is very good due to its accessibility from Siruseri IT park. Only issue was with lift. I hope they fix it soon.”

“Very worse experience. We stayed there with family and it was a very bad experience. The receptionist is too rude and he will not consider the complaints. I first accomdated in 206 room later I complained bed cushion is not proper. Then they moved me to 102 rooms, where their AC is not working(it's just blowing but not cooling). The bathroom exhaust fan is not working and it smells and I see one insects in the room. Late night I raised a complaint for the same . The word manager told me that you came to a budgeted hotel and you should not expect everything like a resort. Complimentary break is very bad. Only the good thing is rooms boys are very polite.”

“Horrible experience, swimming pool is dirty and not maintained. staff don't respond, Reception people are ignorant and they don't do room cleaning and maintenance. Bathrooms smell. Disappointing facts: 1)Ate breakfast here on the first day and decided to never eat anything here, it was terrible. 2) Also, we literally had to open the resort gate by ourselves when we came at 11pm, nobody was there to open. 3) When they cleaned our room, they simply swept the dust right outside our door. 4) When leaving, They were confused and struggling to calculate what the bill was.”

“Poorly managed hotel, Staff does not speak any other language than Tamil, even if they know Hindi or English they keep speaking in Tamil. Rooms are so small that it appears they end as soon as you open the door. Location is a bit inside from road into the lanes. Which is not safe for ladies , one stranger followed one of my female friend while walking to the hotel and stopped her. We could not complain to hotel management since they are in no mood to listen anything in English or Hindi. Felt frustrated and helpless. AC makes so much noise that you won’t start it, even if you start it it works like a fan does not really cool the room, I put the AC on 17 c and it was still feeling like 27 c, it was a nightmare to live with that heat, when I complained about this they just ignored the request by saying that they will send someone to check who never arrived. Never book this hotel instead pay 500 rs extra to get a better hotel. I had stayed in another hotel in Porur which had a proper 4 star hotel experience for 2 adults 1 room at 2100 at Grand residence Porur, I had to change hotel since I could not extend one more there due to unavailability. This hotel charged me 1400 for delux room of 1 person and the room was like 8*4 feet with dirty bedsheet and towels. Water in bathroom was salty. Can’t even wash your face. I had booked this hotel for 1 day but I left in 10 hours. Worst experience of my life , this will also imprint an image of Chennai in my memory.”
