“We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and we opted for this hotel for their spa facilities and it was alright. The waiters at the breakfast and at their restaurant were very nice and polite, but the place was kind of a mixed feeling of fresh moderness and stingy renewal. Some stuff were very modern and minimalist looking while the furniture were outdated and a lot of them had broken sides, that are not really child-safe. Their variety of restaurant is pretty good with reasonable pricing. Cleaniness of the hotel and rooms was good, sadly a few parts need more deep cleaning especially in the bathrooms. You get bathrobes and slippers as usual. You have parking in front of the hotel, but at the daytime it’s quite packed since you can get daypass entrance for the spa without booking a room what is quite nice, you have access to the steam, salt, finnish sauna rooms and gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and the smaller pool that is children friendly.”

“*The hotel with a built-in night-club* After a long drive from Cluj-Napoca, we arrived at the front desk of this hotel hoping we would find a parking spot. We had to park on the street nearby. After a very long wait, we checked-in. The front desk process was very very slow. There was mix-up with the reservations for the 3 customers in front of us, the receptionist offered them 2 rooms and the possibility to self-clean the third room together with the customers, and self changing the bed sheets. The customers looked exhausted and they accepted the offer :))) The room was hot for my standards, the air conditioning was not providing cool air at all, the beds were not confy (i could feel the bed springs against my ribbs). The main issue of this hotel is that they have a non-advertised built-in disco/night-club! The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating, the bass from the club was too loud, and they kept it to the max until 3AM in the morning! Sleep quality - close to none Food quality - poor Hotel quality - low and very expensive for what they offer”

“Location is very very good, in the heart of Timisoara, 2-3 min away to the main 2 squares. Parking is 7 min away. Rooms are big and clean. My main issue is breakfast that is very poor. A max 3 star hotel. Totally isn’t t worth paying for it, you can find better options at restaurants nearby. Definetly they need an upgrade there!”
