“Great site that isn't expensive. Few minutes walk to the beach,bread delivery each morning for 9am. Good size pitches under the pines we had a lovely stay. Facilities were always clean and working well. No toilet seats or paper provided. Looks like there was stuff for kids in the holidays but had finished by September.”

“Best Campsite of our trip! We loved our time in Au Bois du Ce, and it was far too short! Picked the site as it was close to Puy de Fou but ended up having a delightful stay. Kids (13 & 14) voted it as their favourite of our trip this year. Great staff, spotlessly clean, great entertainment. See you next year!”

“Very good 3* hotel, located by the port. The rooms are of good size, and happily have tea/coffee making facility in room. We had a balcony so had good view of the sea. Breakfast usual choice of bread, ham, cheese etc, but when croissants ran out not replenished, so not worth 11euros.”

“Stayed for four nights at the hotel, the room was comfortable but a little tired , clean and lots of hot water. A fridge and kettle were provided and came in really handy for drinks on the balcony . The restaurant provided good evening meals but the menu was restricted to two main courses, breakfast buffet was chaotic at peak times . always advise beating the rush at breakfast time to enjoy the buffet. The bar was comfortable and had drinks in the garden on an evening, definitely not overpriced, relaxing atmosphere with pleasant staff. The Spar is worth a visit but take along swimming trunks not swim shorts . Would definitely stay again.”

“Truly enchanting - you really do get to live in a fantastic historic chateau. The keep (donjon) is full of fabulous bedrooms with an incredible medieval dining hall ... and the pavilion has sociable communal rooms and lovely bedrooms. The hosts are wonderful - friendly and helpful without being over-bearing ... they responded very quickly to anything we mentioned and were very good at helping the whole mini-community (B&B guests / family) get along together. The pool is lovely, the grounds are amazing. A really memorable fortnight - absolutely outstanding - thank you!”

In the surrounding area, with family, the butterfly island, the bowling alley, the restaurants, the mini village, the dinosaur cave ^^.... The small downside, some equipment deserves to be replaced! the grocery store area needs to review prices, especially for the limited choice of products, the play area deserves the addition of a game for toddlers and diversity for adults.”
