“Hampton Inn at Ocean City was a nice experience. I came mainly to go see the wild horses at Assateague Island and in hopes of getting some great seafood (I got the seafood pizza from one of the local shops it was great). Only thing was the balcony door was not able to shut or open properly but the hotel was quick to create a solution while we were there. Also I must say it is always nice to have a decent free weight gym at the hotel so in the down time from being at the broad walk or out and about you can get a great pump in. I recommend this location and it looks like a lot of fun in the summer time!”

“Our stay was so amazing! We were in one of the Bayside rooms for labor day weekend. The poolside bar was awesome, they had a live guitarist and the bar also served food. Prices were very reasonable. The front desk staff provided us with daily breakfast vouchers, a voucher for two free glasses of wine, and complimentary beach chairs. The golf cart driver (Pineapple) was super nice too bringing us to the beach! We would definitely stay again 100%.”

“We came to stay for Ocean City Winterfest this year and this place was just a 3 minute want away. We got to avoid all the crazy traffic and trying to find a place to park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean. All amenities were available even in off season, this can be an issue at other locations this time of year. The included breakfast was also amazing. We would stay here again for sure.”

“My girls and I stayed at the Atlantic Hotel Oceanfront for a long weekend. It was my first time staying there but the location was perfect with a door right out to the boardwalk , a balcony with rocking chairs looking down on the boardwalk (great for watching the sunrise), and a secluded pool that was open until 9 pm. I would absolutely return but not only for the issues I just listed but I have to shoutout to Joanne. You didn’t give me your name so I asked, just so I could post you specifically in my review. You were so very helpful , friendly, and kind. I truly appreciated you and YOU will be the main reason we return. Thank you for making my family’s weekend wonderful!!!”

“After reading the reviews, my family and I decided to give this hotel a try (just for a 2 night stay). I had high hopes for this hotel based off some great reviews and the customer service prior to arrival, that was not the case. While the room was very nice and clean, During our stay there were several issues. Upon check in there were only 3 pillows on our bed. I requested an additional 2 pillows due to the bed being super uncomfortable and being pregnant. I was told the hotel didn’t have a bunch of additional pillows but they would see what they could do and I could pick them up on my way back (I had some errands to run). They washed 2 pillows and told me they would be ready in 15-20 minutes when I came back. I came back 30 minutes later after arriving to the hotel and the pillows they gave me were soaked. Apparently their dryer wasn’t working I was told. Second issue, the hotel is dog friendly. Not an issue. I have a service dog since I’m disabled and I tried to walk my dog outside in the grass area which was covered in hundreds of piles of dog poop. I guess the hotel doesn’t require pet owners to pick up their dog’s waste? So gross 🤢. We liked the fact that the hotel had free breakfast until my husband picked up a bagel that had mold on it. Front desk staff seemed like that was the norm and didn’t seemed bothered by it. Upon waking up this morning (day of check out) I smelled a gas/ propane smell in my room and it was even stronger outside. It was nauseating to the point where it gave me such a bad migraine I couldn’t eat breakfast. I went to inform the front desk and the lady acted like she didn’t care. I asked if they had a manager onsite I could talk to? She rudely stated no, the manager isn’t here. I’m like we’ll can you give me their name and phone number.. she had to look up the managers name cause apparently she didn’t know who the hotel manager was and told me she didn’t know the phone number, I could just call the hotel number back later today but she had no idea who or when the manager would be in. How do you not know who the hotel manager is? I also noticed that outside the hotel by the entrance that there was dryer lint all over the side wall and the dryer vent was so clogged nothing was coming out of it. Huge fire issue waiting to happen especially with the smell of gas/ propane present. Again the receptionist seemed like she didn’t care. My family and I will not be staying here ever again and I highly recommend you reconsider before making your reservation to stay here. If the management for the hotel is reading this, feel free to reach out or respond to my message. I have pictures of your hotel that I would be glad to share regarding the issues.”

“The staff is nice, location is great, and the fact that they allow pets is fantastic… but the hotel has deteriorated significantly since my last stay. My AC was completely not working the first night and we were moved. The second room’s AC was def not working properly. It would completely shut off for hours and the rooms were humid and hot when it turned off. The cleanliness is a MAJOR issue for me in the hotel. The hallway carpets had major disgusting pee stains all over the 3rd floor, the room floors were filthy and it showed. The sheets and comforters were stained, I even questioned if they were washed. The bathroom had mold and the shower head was spraying water everywhere in the first room and had visible mold on it in second room. I really used to love the hotel, but I had to leave an honest review. They need to maintain, and upgrade the facility. They def need to upkeep with the cleaning especially since they allow pets and it’s their greatest feature!”

“Very clean Room - also the outside area looks clean- a lot of towels in the Bathroom ( wich i like because of my long hair I washed 😎) and it was a hairdryer there. The service around this motel was very friendly and….it is Dog friendly Motel 👍👍👍. We put our own blanket over a king bed. The dogs also had have a good comfortable Night like us . Thanks 🙏”

“My room was very clean and modern. It was not dated. The pool area was very clean and comfortable. My 10 year old son loved the pool and I enjoyed sitting under the umbrella relaxing. The area was perfect, away from the crowd. I have nothing bad to say. The room has a kitchenette. The staff exceeded my expectations. I would stay there again without question. This hotel was perfect compared to others I have experienced in Ocean City, MD. The next time I will stay longer now that I have found the hotel of my choice. ❤️❤️”

“Super friendly service and a great value. I had some friends staying 2 doors down at another motel. They paid about 4 times what I paid. It's right next to the convention hall or whatever it's called, so I guess this would be a great place to stay with events happening in OC. I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay and expected the room to be in poor shape, but it was not. The thing that would get me going back is the friendly customer service. You just don't see that anymore in a lot of places.”

“The ladies in the office were super nice. The location was right on the boardwalk. We did have to go on the side street to get to the boardwalk or walk up a flight of steps(or use elevator) to be able to get to the boardwalk from the inside of the front building. The parking is horrendous, they have very limited parking. The small garage spaces under their building could not accommodate our vehicle. The tub had mold and water buildup beneath the tub under the liner. It felt like you were showering on a waterbed. This hotel prioritizes timeshares so we had to move rooms for our second night stay. When leaving you have to strip the linens from the bed and place them in the bathroom and take out your trash when you leave. Overall I will not stay there again. To charge $300.00 (non refundable)a night, I didn’t get anything but inconvenience.”

“This was a vacation we will never forget. The Tiki bar was absolutely amazing, tell Kristi we said hey if you stop in. The arcade rooms were a little outdated, but don't let that ruin anything. There is so much more to do. Swimming pool/Gym are on the 22nd floor with an amazing view. The sauna wasn't working properly but we got a good workout in the gym then pool with an awesome view. All in all i have to give this place 5 stars no complaints.”
