“Not what you'd expect from what it looks like outside. Could use a paint job. They obviously try to conserve on everything as the creamers and coffee for kurig were all different types. I was first put in room 203 I think and the room was so depressing due to the black tone and paint. Was nice to 217 which was much nicer. Very soft beds. Space is cramped a bit. There was a very wobbly fold out table available. The hair dryer was sticky and dirty. Very deep bathtub and lovely hot water. Quiet location but not walkable to anything of interest. Hardwood floors make it a bit noisy at times. No transport service. All staff are extremely helpful and nice. Good for one visit.”

“We were here for 7 months while my son was in school. We enjoyed the people and the park was awesome due to it being gated. We had no problems here. I’m the amenities are great since you don’t have to leave the park for propane, ice, or laundry. They have showered, and restrooms at office. We really enjoyed the stay. For sure will recommend!”

“First of all I wanted to give 5 stars ...but lack of attention to detail... I couldn't go 5 stars. This is because (ladies at front desk 1 training) were both really nice and welcoming and on check in. was assisting with breakfast but yet still checking out customers. The weekend as a whole seemed not to busy for Residence inn Tulsa downtown. In town for a wedding across the street at the Mayo hotel... I called the night before fo confirm the note of feather free pillows as we have a down allergy and travel with EpiPens... They absolutely let me down on the overall experience. I am a platinum elite Marriott rewards member and choose this hotel chain based on positive previous experiences. I have started staying with the Hilton chain most recently....and might go exclusively with them. (Due to numerous mistakes on attention to detail) Down allergies are a real thing...and can get serious quickly. I choose to inspect all pillows as soon as I get in the room - when checking into the room first thing as I can't trust Marriott properties to look on the reservation where it reads down allergy. Feather free room. On arrival to room...you guessed it - 4 of the 4 pillows with duck feathers/down filling. Steamed at this point I took the pillows and placed outside the room. I informed Front desk as we left for our wedding.... The room was clean, breakfast staff was hard to find. Housekeeping staff had smiles on their faces. The hotel was clean and seemed secure from the rif raf walking around downtown. The bar wasn't open when I checked in nor could I grab any beers from the market. Unfortunate. Lost out on some easy business. I was thirsty!! This was an experience I felt needed to be documented to management so I posted to social media. Hopefully they can get the attention to details ironed out. If a place can't accommodate my request..just let me know I can stay elsewhere. “I did not have a pleasant experience at all, but I am confident the management will continue to work on a resolution. As someone who has worked for nearly three decades in the service industry, I am usually the last one to complain because, hey- I GET it. The supervisor Monique was wonderful, and I am grateful that she immediately worked to get the issue resolved, and to provide more coaching to her front desk staff. They should remember they are the first impression of their workplace. This was going to be my last time at Aloft, but her professionalism and warmth changed my mind.”

“Comfortable hotel perfectly situated if staying in Broken Arrow. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel store, bar, and restaurant are excellent!! Breakfast from the menu was in my mind expensive ($14) for what it was. There are plenty of high-quality alternatives nearby. The rooms were clean, and 90% of the pillows were very nice and firm. The bathroom was clean and fitted out with three days of towels. Housekeeping was available if requested. The room had a large modern TV and a mini fridge and small microwave. The room was comfortable, and the staff friendly, but the rooms are starting to show a little age. I'll probably keep coming back because of the staff and location. 9/10”

“We stay on December 22 left on 23. The parking out front was free because it was after 5 and plus it was the weekend. Didn't have to do Valet parking. The service was very friendly. When you became a member ask about the benefits. I wish that I ask because we could of check out at 2:00 instead of 11:00 so that we didn't have to hurry after eating breakfast. The place was decorated nice for Christmas.”
