“I went to a pub instead of a hotel to hang out with friends. My friend was sitting on a gaming chair and told me to leave because he wasn't playing, but the security guard assaulted him so hard that he was injured and his clothes were torn. There was a rude and ignorant security guard. The employees working here only cared for people even when they were injured. There is no apology, just employees who have not received basic training. This is the worst hotel.”

Called them today to ask why my booking was cancelled last minute and they were unable to give me a reason except for the fact that "these things happen" i had to pay double the price i payed for new accommodation”
