“Our family function was conducted during the Diwali days in here, and I should say the rooms were clean and everything else was fine except the bed sheets they were not cleaned properly, we caught cold due to dust in the bed sheet. We didn't expected such a bad experience from such a famous hotel. This is a basic thing to be taken care off by the hotel staffs and I wonder how they are ignorant on such aspects. Hope this won't be repeated.”

So this one is a good option for believers. And the Service The receptionists guys and room boys are so humble and Polite. But the security guards. I think the apartment doesn't need any of security guards there. Because i didnt feel any service of them. Guiding the vehicles, a helping hand..... Total disappointment.
