“The hotel is, in fact, a building of small flats. It is quite new and very comfortable. The building is a serviced one and has several utilities and conveniences. Breakfast is quite good. Price is good, it is worth it for sure, good value for your money. Mattress is good, new. Linen clean and new. The building has pool, sauna, gym. It’s location is amazing, close to bars, markets, drugstore. All works fine. It is a very good call if you’re in BH.”

“Had a very bad experience here. Before arrival the full amount that was owed for the room was taken from my account, but then when I arrived they also insisted on taking another card payment for a holding fee. I didn't have a choice here and tried to explain that I didn't really have enough money to do this. In the end I had no choice. The manager was very rude and patronising. I was told that the holding fee would be transferred back to my account immediately, this was not the case. It took a whole month for the payment to be transferred back to my account. This left me short of money as I was traveling on a tight budget. I will never stay here again in my life. It was very stressful and the customer service I received here was absolutely terrible.”

“The first time I stayed in a room at the back of the hotel which I really liked, despite the window facing the street and there being car noises all the time, I liked it! But the other time they put me in a room in the HOTEL ANNEX, another building across the street. And it was terrible. It's very noisy. The walls are improvised, they are "fake", they are not made of cement and you can hear everything outside the room. To make matters worse, the cleaning lady arrives at 6am and tidies up the rooms next door with the door open and noise all the time. I only recommend it if it's for 1 night and the next day you have to wake up early. If you are going to study, work, rest and need concentration or sleep, I don't recommend it. The showers are bad, little water comes out and I believe that the rooms in the "main" hotel that are close to the reception also do not have the peace of mind to sleep due to intense noise. I will never go back and suggest you look for another one. Or stay alone if it's a day trip and you wake up at 6am and don't sleep anymore.”

“Excellent location. The room I stayed in was tiny, I could barely move in the shower. It also didn't have a minibar, a shame. The service provided by the reception was very good, especially on the day we arrived... Breakfast was a disappointment, I found very few food options (perhaps due to the time I arrived to eat at 9:30 am). It's incredible how a hotel this size can't even have a chair at reception for customers, they have to wait for everything standing up. For those with reduced mobility, it is impossible to have breakfast, as the elevator does not take you to the floor, you have to go down one floor of stairs. I also found the prices of the products sold at reception absurd (7 reais for mineral water, 20 reais for fandangos, etc.), whereas in front you can buy cold water for 2 reais.”
